Chapter 7
Aladdin
Aladdin sat in his rented room waiting for the genie to return. Before he had gone, Genie had told him that Jasmine’s new husband had left her refusing to remain married to her. Aladdin had asked Genie how he had done it.
“I showed him his worst nightmare and made it much worse. I made the Princess the center of all of his fears. He will never want to look at her again,” Genie explained.
For Aladdin, that explanation would suffice. He had heard horror stories about what genies could do. The genie’s natural state was as smoke in the dreams of men. There, genies had no limits. He almost felt sorry for Jasmine’s husband. Almost!
