AJ'S POV
Honestly I was shocked when Audrey told me her story because I had always thought that she was the daughter of a multi billionaire family and she was just leaving a perfect life but Audrey is a perfect example of not having to look like your problems.
So now I guess it was now my turn to spill the beans.

Myself and Evans used to be good friends until the truth escalated which is the reason he actually cut off contact with you. At the sound of this Audrey eyes widen as though she had been waiting for this moment all her life to finally know why Evans hated her.
Mr and Mrs Hayes have always been a lovely couple but Mrs Hayes was fond of punishing her husband whenever she asked for something which he didn't provide or when he shouts or scold her especially in public. My mom was Mr Hayes secretary and on that fateful Wednesday, Mr Hayes gave my mom an order that he wasn't receiving any visitors for that day and that all his appointment should be cancelled because he had a emergency meeting with the press and he would like to prepare for a while and he didn't know how long it was going to take.
My mom jokingly asked if relations where also exempted and his reply was business before all.
In less than twenty minutes when Mr Hayes started his meeting with the press his wife showed up rather pissed up about something. She matched to the top floor and totally ignored my mom in her haste to meet her husband but she was stopped by the secretary explaining why she couldn't let her in but Mrs Hayes was to angry to listen and invited violence to the petty issue by raining insults on my mom which attracted other staffs and even the interviewers. Mr Hayes tried calming his wife but he received a dirty slap on his left cheek which made him instantly turn red. Mrs Hayes then accused him of selling one of her family property without informing her. He tried to explain telling her that their was a good enough explanation to that but she didn't want to listen.
The interviewers started saying stuffs about them having martial problems and that was when it dawned on Mrs Hayes that even non staffs were present. She suddenly became frozen as Mr Hayes called back in the interviewers to explain things to them with a little bribe to made them shut up.
After they left, Mr Hayes scolded his wife in front of all his staffs and even made it known to her that that paper was fake. It turned out that he was planning to surprise her because her birthday was in a week time so he planned on giving her a prank. He was very sure he kept that paper well but how she got a hold of it was still unknown. She left the office in embarrassment and Mr Hayes went back to work. It was almost time for closure so my mom went to inform him that she would be taking her leave only to find him drunk in his office.
I know my mom wasn't a saint and she wasn't even innocent in this case.
She walked up to her boss and collected the bottle of alcohol from his hand and dropped it on the wooden desk in front of him. She walked to his chair and held his face in her little palm promising him that everything would be okay. She had always been in between their marriage problems but one thing I know for sure is that Mr Hayes did love his wife.
He adjusted his tie and sat up straight trying to keep the atmosphere professional as he asked his secretary to take her leave which she did without hesitation.
Mr Hayes went home that evening but he's wife wouldn't talk to him. He begged and begged even sending her a huge some of money but she wouldn't budge. Her eyes were so puffy and red indicating that she had been crying for a long while. She accused him of downgrading her in front of his employees which made her look stupid. She also said that his actions gave his staffs the liberty to look at her eye to eye now indicating that they have lot regards and respect for her.
Her husband promised to make amend but she was angry and as usual told him that he wouldn't get to be with her for a week knowing fully well that he couldn't do that.
He angrily left the house. on a norm he would have kept on begging but he felt that the story will continue to be written that way if he didn't do something about it so he drove to a bar.
He had taken about five be shot when he noticed his secretary sitting by his side. She had been staring at him drinking all the time but she had her own issues. She wore a pepper red body hug gown with a long slit in the front as her silky blond hair fell off her shoulders and down to her lower back. She drank her wine as Mr Hayes was narrating his incident with his wife. She wasn't exactly listening but seducing. The way she played with the glass made Me Hayes wonder what else he could play with. The way she sipped her red wine made him wonder if her lips tasted like strawberry and that was it.
She dropped her glass and was about taking her leave when Mr Hayes held her by her waist and offered to drop her off which was what she wanted after all. They both left the bar that night and to her house they went. The journey home wasn't long but Mr Hayes was still trying to act all professional and my mom was sitting cross legged which exposed her thighs and her lips were pouted as she kept on looking outside staring at nothing in particular. I'll drop here she said, Mr Hayes started at her looking confused because they were in front of a hotel. He asked her why she wouldn't want to go home and she broke down in tears explaining how her boyfriend ran away with everything she had an even sold her house and now she has to rebuild her life back.
Mr Hayes followed her into the hotel lying to himself that he only wanted to be sure she was safe after all they were friends. She shut the door behind her as she approached him with tears in her eyes. Look I know this isn't right at all but don't overthink it. She removed her heels. I have a wife Mr Hayes said.. she caught him shut reminding him how his wife punishes him like a baby. She didn't completely lure him into sleeping with her because he obviously wanted to do it too. She just took the first step that's what I keep telling myself every night and day.
That event that night at the hotel produced me and Mr Hayes visited once in a while and provided all my needs and wants. His wife took in that same year with my mom so it wasn't really easy on my father until his legitimate wife found out he had another family. She promised to keep it low if an only if he stayed away from my mom and I but shortly after my mom died of cancer. She begged Mr Hayes to take care of me on her dying bed. This house belonged to The Hayes but they packed out leaving me alone here with money by my side.
