“Heloooo, where is everyone? Hiiiiii!” Me and my mom heard my dad’s voice echo from downstairs.
“Dad is back,” I said as I raised my head from my mom’s lap as she stopped playing with my hair as soon as she heard my dad’s voice.
“Let’s go downstairs,” mom said as she stood up and started to fit into her indoor slide.
“I’m sure he knows we’re here,” I said as I stood up and walked behind my mom and we went towards my room entrance.
My mom held my hand as we both went down the stairs and used her second hand to hold the stair rays.
“Welcome home dad,” I said as I walked towards him and he widened his arm to hug me, I walked closer to him as I increased the speed of my step and hugged him.
