Have it all

One week later: Storm POV: Today we’re heading to New York for a gig on Saturday night live, where the Buzzkills have played before but not with an album as great as this one. Last week we performed for Interstellar music when they visited us at night at the hotel, only a few hours after the guys got back from the bar to get day high, and I had the most erotic s****l experience with Zoe and her drum sticks. I was a bit distracted but they loved our music and agreed to sign off on it. Our first stop is the airport and we decide to take the bus to it, but not before stopping for some hotdogs at a food truck. After buying hot dogs we get back on the bus. I eat my hot dog like a starved man. “Um, guys?” “Yeah?” I ask Zoe who looks around the bus. “With Pete here, there are now six of us, but there are only 5 bunk beds.” She points out and I smirk at her. “I see no reason why you can’t share a bed with me,” I tell her and Jax snorts loudly. “I do. Knowing y’all, you will try to get away with f*****g in the bus. WHILE WE’RE IN HERE.” Jax says and I chuckle under my breath. “What? No, we would never do that, right storm?” Zoe says and he gives us a knowing look. “Don’t make promises you can’t keep, curls,” I whisper in her ear and she giggles knowing damn well, that’s exactly what we would do. “Just keep it quiet, and I think it should be fine,” Jax says as he winks at her, and I throw the rest of my hot dog at him which he dodges for the most part but gets a piece of bread stuck in his brown dreadlocks. A few minutes later Grayson, Steel, and Pete join us and we head to the airport. We arrive at the Denver airport which by the way, that place always gave me the f*****g creeps, then we get onto a 3-hour flight that feels more like 7 with all the overthinking going on, and the nervous farts everyone keeps letting out. When we land in New York city we quickly get into a limo towards the SNL studio. Zoe sits next to Steel and giggles with him. I’m glad they are becoming fast friends. Zoe looks incredible in her skin-tight romper that has gold metallic flakes on it and it’s paired with a b**m style chess harness that is giving me all kinds of fun ideas. In fact, everyone looks incredible tonight, dressed in suits include me. She catches me staring at her and winks my way. Hmm, I already can’t wait for this to be over to take that little temptress to bed with me. I’ve never been the type to enjoy interviews that much, although the camera might see it differently. I love talking about the band, and music and things of that sort, but I f*****g hate personal questions. However, I know they are unavoidable sometimes so we suck it up. Once we arrive at the studio we get ushered backstage and get equipped with leveler microphones and finishing touches. “You all will be on, in three, two, one...” Then we all walk onto the stage right after Jimmy Fallon finished introducing us and showing everyone our new album cover. We all take turns to shake Jimmy’s hand and Zoe seems the most excited to. “Please take seat guys, welcome to the show!” “Thank, you.” I say, “Thanks man,” Grayson says, and, “Were happy to be here,” Steel says with a warm smile that reaches his eyes. “Wonderful, so let’s talk about this new album that you have already released 3 epic songs from. What are you all hoping to accomplish with this album Called, Hypersensitive?” The camera focuses on the album cover which is a fun picture of us on a red couch somewhere on a mountain in Colorado. “The goal of this album is to touch as many people as possible. And no I don’t mean it in that way, ya freaks.” I joke as the audience laughs. “We just want people to be able to relate to this album in some way, but to most of all enjoy it,” I tell them and Grayson adds on to it. “Yeah. We want this album to be a booming experience for everyone.” “Awesome, and it’s taken us by surprise when we found out the buzzkills has a new drummer and not only that, she is the daughter of the legendary drummer Kevin Kilmer! Welcome Zoe, why don’t you tell us how you got to drum for these guys? “Well, I was actually supposed to look for a drummer for them as their assistant but I ended up being the drummer instead, and I’m over the moon with excitement.” She tells him with an easy-going smile. I hate that she’s known as the daughter of a drummer instead of her own person. She’s incredibly talented, and I would even go as far as to say she’s better than Kevin Kilmer. “Well, we’ve heard your drumming skills on the three songs that were released from the album and I have to admit, that was wildly impressive, but we wonder if you can play that well on stage,” Jimmy tells her and I snort in laughter. “Jimmy, Zoe is the best drummer we’ve ever had, no offense to Keal. She would put all of us to shame.” I tell him and Zoe flashes me a sweet, thankful grin. “Everyone wants to know how you have been since the unfortunate situation at a bar in Colorado, where you posted this picture along with this caption.” He shows the picture to the audience and I internally roll my eyes. “I’ve been doing just fine since that day. And it may seem like I was just complaining but in reality, this is something that happens to a lot of men and women in showbiz and it needs to be talked about more to avoid it from happening in the future.” I tell him and the crowd cheers in approval. “That’s a great thing to shed light to, and very brave of you to do so, Storm.” “Thanks,” I say before he looks towards Steel with a smirk. “And Steel, you have been in photos with a handsome model named Chris Vansant, who is known to be the hottest model for tom Ford. Tell me about that.” If Steel is upset about that question he hides it pretty well. “Chris is an old-time friend of mine that visits me every time we’re in Colorado where he lives, and I’m not sure he would want me to talk about our relationship but what I can say is that he’s a fun guy to be around.” “Wonderful, now let’s talk about the s*x appeal of this album because hot damn, it is wildly sexy. I’m man enough to admit it.” Jimmy says as the audience chuckles. I nod with a smirk. “Thank you, Jimmy. s*x is practically our brand since the day we formed the band, and if an album isn’t sexy is it really a Buzzkills album?” I ask and Whistles and catcalls from the audience roar to life and I laugh. “I think that just proved your point, by the way, I’ve always wondered how you guys came up with the name Buzzkills.” “Everyone thinks that Buzzkills means we’re killing someone buzz but as our logo with the bee indicates, we are actually referring to killer bees. Why? I don’t know we just thought it was cool.” Jax explains to him as Jimmy points to the Buzzkills logo and nods. “That is a pretty badass logo. Now one more thing to talk about before you guys hit the stage... Tell us about the new tour for the Hypersensitive album!” “Well Jimmy, this may very well be our best tour yet, we are super excited to announce we will be touring to every freaking state in the USA, including Hawaii and Alaska. Starting on July 9th in Atlanta, ATL baby! So we’ll be popping some leftover fireworks that day as well.” I barely finished speaking as the audience goes crazy with excitement, and it gives me butterflies. “That sounds like epic fun, and your album gets fully released next Friday which people have already preordered. Now let’s give the audience what they have been waiting for. Right after this commercial break. ” Jimmy says and soon the band is being ushered on the small SNL stage and we all get ready to sing a new song of ours from the album that we haven’t yet shown to anyone but the record label. “Ladies and gentlemen, performing their new song called have it all, give it up for Buzzkills!” Grayson begins playing the intro to the song that has so much soul you would probably mistake it for a blues song at first. The way he makes his guitar cry is surely to make the audience feel a certain kind of way. Zoe plays the drums lightly and Jax joins in on the keyboard. “Hands sliding up her curves, Lust in her eyes. Music in the air, spreading of her thighs. She rides me to the sky, makes me feel so high. Fingers through my hair, and that beautiful sigh. That girl can have it all. She can have it all. Lost myself tonight, she had me nearly break into a crawl.” The song picks up in speed and intensity making people dance in their seats and I’m sure they would dance standing up if Jimmy aloud it. Steel then comes in with that thumping bass as the drums hit harder and the guitar cries louder. I let the music overtake me and take the mic off of the stand and dance around the stage, making it my own. “Frantic beating of my heart, humming bird’s wings. When that girl says goodbye. I feel a sting. I tell her, she can have it all, as she plays with my heart. But her eyes look into mine as if we’re worlds apart.” I meet Zoe’s eyes briefly and she looks back at me with happiness written in them, and I don’t miss the way her eyes traveled down my body as I sang the sexy chorus again.
