Casey woke up on a bed of leaves on the forest ground. The trees around her were tall, allowing only a little light through. It was beautiful, yet creepy. Where was she? She wondered. She slowly got up and started walking around in no particular direction. She was sure she was lost. She couldn’t remember how she’d got there; she couldn’t remember much of anything. Casey walked for what seemed like a lifetime before she heard the sound of water. She followed that sound until she came across a waterfall. It was beautiful.
The stream was clear, and the water flowed slowly. There were flowers all around and a huge rock near the waterfall. Casey sat on the rock and let herself be, for the first time in a long time, she felt truly at peace. This place reminded Casey of the waterfall near her ol
