Casey had just finished giving Kenny his bath, he was wrapped in a towel, seated on her bed, his wet hair sticking to his little face. Casey picked some of Kenny's clothes from their closet and some baby lotion from her vanity and walked towards Kenny.
"Tired?" She asked the little boy when she sat down.
"Nuh-uh," he said, rubbing his eyes. Casey smiled. When she finished dressing Kenny in his pajamas she said,
"Time for bed, my green-eyed baby."
"Tell me a bedtime story, will you, Casey?"
"Sure darling," she said as she tucked Kenny into bed and hoped in beside him, she held him close to her chest.
"Let's see what kind of story would you like to hear?" Casey asked.
"One filled with action," he said as he looked up at her face.
