'' How dare you.''

- I'm sorry Mr. Li. I didn't mean it.

Scarlett took a handkerchief from her bag and wiped the suit of William, But William hold her hand and told her to stop. Ethan interrupted them ..

'' Hmmmmm, Mr. Li, we need to take action. Some of the people and reporters are outside of the company . If we don't make any clarifications in this scandal, it will affect the company and also you.''

'' Inform the PR to take down all the news regarding me all over the internet.''

'' Yes, Mr. Li.''

Ethan immediately exited the office. William and Scarlett are now alone again.

- What did you call me here for?

'' I just want to clarify, Miss Scarlet. I need you not to roam around these days until the news is not taken down.''

- Just that. You should have said it on the phone. If it's just that, then I'll be leaving. You wasted my time.

'' You even have the guts to tell me that I wasted your time.''

- Yes, you really have wasted my time.

Scarlett leaves the office and leaves William angrily. William called Ethan to keep an eye on Scarlett and investigate her.

As soon as Scarlett was about to go out of the building, a bunch of people were approaching her.

''You are the woman in the news. What is your relationship with Mr. Li''

'' Are you both in a relationship?''

A bunch of nonsense questions keeps approaching Scarlett. It made her suffocate and she almost lost consciousness. Just in time, Mr. Li caught her and said.

'' Please take care of this mess, Ethan. Make sure I'll never hear a single thing tomorrow about this or I'll sue everyone for causing this much trouble. I'll provide you with all the clarification tomorrow.''

- Thank you Mr. Li.

Scarlet just uttered a thanks to Mr. Li and lost consciousness. William took her to the office and put her in the resting room of his office and called Ethan.

'' Please call the doctor and make her come to my office immediately.''

'' Noted, Mr. Li.''

Ethan called the doctor and after 10 minutes the doctor rushed to his office and saw Scarlett lying on the bed while William was at her side. The doctor checked her and after a few minutes,

'' She only got a fever but it was not that serious, let her take a rest first and then if she wakes up let her take this medicine''

'' Ok.''

'' I've never seen you care so much for a girl and this is the first time you called me immediately just for a girl.''

'' It's just nothing. I don't want to owe people.''

'' Well, if that is what you really feel, then I cannot contradict it. I'll be taking my leave since I'm already done. See you!''

'' I let Ethan escort you.''

After the doctor left, William sat beside Scarlett and:

'' Dad, what's the matter, you called me.''

'' What are you doing? You're all over the news with an unknown woman. Are you not thinking of your dignity as a business person?''

'' I'm already doing something Dad, don't worry. I'll handle this immediately.''

'' Oh by the way, I have arranged for you a meeting tomorrow with the daughter of the Tang Family. Make sure to be there. Don't let me arrange another one for you. You're already old enough. You need to settle down and have a family already.''

William cannot think of another and uttered.

'' Dad, I already have a girlfriend.''

'' Your already awake, drink this medicine first.''

William handed the medicine and a glass of water to Scarlett and explained.

'' You've got a fever and fainted so I brought you here. I hope you won't misunderstand me again.''

After Scarlett takes the medicine, she stands up and..
