A gun fight erupted which caused them to hide from each other taking cover.
"Help Dad out of here" James instructed Kathy who rushed him out and to the hospital.
Edward and James keeps missing their target until they were both out bullets.

James charged towards him and they both fell to the ground,
James punched him several times but Edward spun him over and punched him several times.
