Chloe POV: I’ve moved from the chair to the couch. I lay down as I waited for Bruce’s call. I hate the feeling of waiting when there isn’t a deadline. Like if I were to be meeting my friend at 10am and I’ve already reached only to have him text me that he just woke up, I’ll be fine with it. I’ll just tell him to take his time, don’t rush. Because I know the feeling when you wake up late and you tend to panic and self blame. If it’s a chill meet up, I’m fine if you honestly tell me you will be late.
