Time in the dream realm works differently from the outside world. It may have seemed that Chloe entered the garden and only spent some time with the Moon Goddess and was able to quickly move forward to the realm that Bruce was in. In reality, to even procure her first dream took hours. The witches took turns casting the cooling spell tirelessly.
