Episode 20: Testing the Chance

​She kissed him on his cheeks from behind.

​"Is this ok one for a long ride?

Savage: Do you think this fuel is enough for the ride? No way, you're a stingy star."

​"Heyy!! Don't say that!" Savage.

​Here she started kissing his cheeks till he reached the kitchen. By the time he dropped her on the counter, he asked her to wipe his cheeks because it's wet now.

​"I told you don't leave your spit marks on me (enna echi pannadha!)"

She is telling him ​"But you asked for it!"

Savage with a dry Unbothered look ​"I

asked for a payment and you did this?"

Star asking him ​"Did you mean money?

But I think I did the right thing. And come here, let me wipe your cheeks.

Is that ok for you?"

​She touched the tip of his nose and said:

​"Look at you... Wow, handsome! I told you, if I have to pick the best, it would be you.

You're my ultimate him.

But don't forget, this is getting started for us, still more to come."

​She asked him:

​"Why don't we get married soon?"

Savage remembering her ​"We're still testing the chance you asked for."

Star rushing with her words ​"But look, we have a great chemistry, compatible, strong bond... The love is so amazing, what else do we need? It's perfect for me!"

Savage with a calm voice ​"Take some more time then. I'm not going anywhere. We're still testing the chance, because you asked for it,"star.

Star with a confused voice But you said you love me too!"

Savage continues with his calm voice with a chilling look ​"Yes, that doesn't mean I need to rush."

Star getting frustrated ​"Sorry, I don't understand. You love me, but reluctant to get married?"

Savage being Savage and his logic ​"I said take some more time.

It's just a night and the next day since we met."

Star didn't want to let go of this she continued with a hopeful sweet voice

"But you observed me for 6 years! You're the one who did all those amazing drawings of me in different ideas of my characters... To me, it feels like you know me in and out."

Savage didn't even flinch hearing her ​

"Ok, tell me then... How much you know

me?"

Star, with a dull look "Just a little...

But I feel good, safe, comfortable, lively, free, authentic around you."

He is getting more and more chilling ​"Ok, sounds good then. Let's take our time, and that's final."

​She is living in a whirlwind of intense emotions. For her, 24 hours with him feels like an eternity because he is her only escape from a suffocating life. Plus, knowing he drew her for 6 years makes her feel like they are already soulmates.

​But his response is pure, rock-solid maturity:

​"I said take some more time... It's just a night and the next day since we met."

​He puts on the brakes, not because he doesn't love her, but because he respects her too much to let her make a life-altering decision based on a high-emotion 24 hours.

He points out a beautiful truth when he asks how much she knows him.

Her answer is completely honest: "Just a little, but I feel good, safe, comfortable, lively, free, and authentic around you."

​He acknowledges that ("Sounds good then"), but firmly holds his ground:

"Let's take our time, and that's final." He is protecting her from rushing into something while her life is in total chaos online.

​ They are standing in the kitchen.

He has put his foot down with calm, unmovable boundaries.

She has just accepted his decision, realizing that his refusal to rush isn't rejection-it's actual care.

The heavy marriage talk settles into a quiet, mutual understanding.

​They are still by the kitchen counter, the water has been drunk, and the phone storm outside is still happening, but inside, they just laid down the foundation of their actual relationship.
