(Inside Star's Bedroom)
They lay down on the bed right next to each other, resting in the quiet warmth of the room.
Star looked over at him softly and asked, "What next?"
Savage said, "Turn on your phone."
"No..." Star whined playfully, shaking her head. "I like how we are right now. Let's do something else."
Savage turned his face toward her calmly.
"Let me see what's going to happen.
I'll handle it, no worries."
Star laughed softly, her eyes filled with warmth and comfort. 😊🥲🥰
She reached over and turned her phone back on.
The moment the screen lit up, notifications and incoming calls flooded the display non-stop.
Savage looked at her and said, "Answer it.
But before you do... take a deep breath.
Keep your hand on my chest if you want to, and look at my face.
Keep your mind as mine, and say this to them:"
"I'm home. Took a few hours to get relaxed, no need to worry about me.
I'm not going anywhere, and don't call me till I give you a call back.
If anyone asks for anything, tell them she is at home and she is fine."
"And then hang it up," Savage added.
Star listened intently. She didn't even ask what happened or what was going on outside.
Looking straight into his eyes, she picked up the chaotic call, spoke the exact words Savage told her to say, and cut the call right away.
Savage watched her and said, "Now put a post for everyone."
He dictated the caption, and Star typed it out word for word:
[OFFICIAL SOCIAL MEDIA POST]
"I can do whatever I want. It has nothing to do with any of you. Instead, do something for yourself and let go of me. ✌️ Yours, Star."
She posted it online directly-without any picture attached-letting her bold message clear the noise completely.
