"Are you ready?" Yagiri finally said, looking directly at me. I gave him a brief nod, not bothering to answer verbally since I couldn't find the words to say anyways, and he gave a curt nod before grabbing the rope tied around his waist with both of his hands and throwing me onto the rocky wall, pulling himself up onto the ledge and climbing up the rock wall, his movements as fluid as ever as he made his way towards the entrance to the cave. Just before he reached the opening, however, he halted, turning around to stare at me for a moment, then gave me another short nod and disappeared outside the cave.
