I couldn't help but feel uneasy after hearing him speak. Was that how the vampires were able to find their way around? They had been able to hear us talking, or at least hear someone speaking. That had to mean that they had probably found a way into the house as well. They probably already knew where to find me… How many of them was there? Why did they all seem to come from the same area? There was no sign of Raphael. Where did he go?
