It has been a month since Mikayla was kidnapped, and we are no closer to finding her. We still have no clue as to where Nathaniel has taken her. I still can't sense Mikayla through our mate bond. I have no idea if she is alive, dead, in pain, or terrified. I feel so helpless; if I hadn't gotten so upset over what happened with her and Briggs on the dream plane, then both Briggs and I would have been there. We would have been able to prevent Mikayla from being kidnap. No, instead, my anger got the best of me, and we left her alone and made it easy for Dahlia to kidnap Mikayla.
