Chapter Seven: Anonymous Old Man Donor
Reyna returned to Doctor Maximo Quackeroats’ clinic, fully prepared for the procedure that could lead her to motherhood.
To her surprise, the doctor informed Reyna about an older man who had generously donated his sperm. He expressed his wish to remain anonymous, and his ultimate desire was to find an heir through this unique process. Upon his passing, all his possessions would be inherited by the child conceived from his sperm.
The prospect of an anonymous donor intrigued Reyna. It offered a sense of mystery and a connection to a generous soul she would never know. With the weight of societal expectations lifted, she saw this as an opportunity to fulfill her deepest desire for motherhood without any complications or external pressures.
Reyna took a deep breath, her eyes fixed on Doctor Maximo Quackeroats. "This is truly a unique opportunity, Doctor," she said, her voice filled with a mix of excitement and gratitude. "The thought of an anonymous donor is both intriguing and comforting. I believe this is the path I want to take."
Doctor Maximo Quackeroats nodded, his eyes reflecting a sense of understanding. "I'm glad you see the potential in this, Reyna. Mwahaha!” He cleared his throat. “It's important to have choices that align with your heart's desire. This donor has chosen to give the gift of life, and I'm here to support you every step of the way."
The insemination began. Reyna felt a mix of nervousness and hope as she lay down on the examination table. The table is filled with rose petals, resembling a princess. She can smell the incense and hear the bubbling water.
“Relax, Reyna,” he said reassuringly. “This is a straightforward and safe procedure. I will guide you through each step, and you’ll be in good hands.”
Reyna nodded, trying to steady her nerves as the doctor prepared the necessary tools, like rope, clamps and hooks. He explained the process in detail, making sure she understood what to expect.
"We'll begin," he said.
One minute later…
"Now, for the next step…” Dr. Quackeroats wiped his sweaty forehead.
Another minute had passed.
The procedure was completed, Reyna felt a surge of gratitude and hope.
Weeks turned into months, and Reyna remained patient and determined. She followed Dr. Quackeroats instructions diligently, taking care of herself physically and emotionally.
And then, one day, the moment she had been waiting for arrived. Doctor Maximo Quackeroats shared the joyful news with Reyna. "Congratulations, Ms. Reyna Starglow," he said with a beaming smile. "You are pregnant!"
Tears of joy streamed down Reyna's cheeks as she embraced the reality of becoming a mother. Even her nose was shedding tears of joy. The seed of hope had blossomed into a beautiful reality, and Reyna knew that she was about to embark on the most incredible journey of her life - motherhood period.
Reyna's tummy grew, and she joyfully prepared for the arrival of her child. Her heart filled with love and anticipation, she painted the baby house with hues of warmth and love, eagerly anticipating the day she would hold her baby in her arms.

ROYAL TIES: A TWIST OF DESTINY BY MAR MOJICA
Reyna’s tummy continued to grow, she invited the ever chubby Presa over to catch up one day. Presa hadn’t seen Reyna in a while and was looking forward to spending time with her best friend. As she entered Reyna’s home, she couldn’t help but notice the radiant glow on her friend’s face.
“Reyna, you look amazing! What’s your secret? Glutathione?” Presa asked, her curiosity piqued. She took a bite of the roasted duck thigh she's holding.
She even has a morsel stuck between her teeth.
Reyna blushed and chuckled, “Well, there’s something I need to tell you, Presa. You see, I’m actually… expecting a baby…”
Presa’s eyes widened, and her mouth formed a perfect “O” of surprise. “No way! Are you serious, Reyna? Oh my goodness, who’s the peasant guy?”
Reyna blushed, then chuckled at Presa’s assumption. “Well, actually, there’s no guy involved. I’m still a virgin.”
Presa’s eyes widened even more, and she wiggled her hand to Reyna with meat duck in surprise. “Wow, Reyna! So, how did this happen then?”
Reyna took a deep breath, realizing she was about to share an unconventional and surprising story. “I went to Dr. Maximo Quackeroats’ clinic, and he presented me with this unique opportunity. I received a sperm donation from an anonymous old man who’s on the verge of death… and that’s how I got pregnant.”
Presa’s jaw dropped, and she burst into laughter. “You’re telling me an old man donated his sperm, and now you’re going to have a baby without being with anyone? That’s so… uhm… unbelievable!”
Reyna nodded, laughing along with her best friend. “I know, it sounds crazy, but it’s true!”
Presa stared at her tummy. “I can’t believe I didn’t notice earlier. I was half convinced you had eaten your neighbor, Mrs. Antaba Whitcombe, and that’s why you were getting obese!”
Reyna burst into laughter, “Oh, Presa, that’s quite the imagination you have! No, I promise, there’s no neighbor-eating involved here. It’s all thanks to this little miracle growing inside me.”
Presa chuckled, “I’m just teasing, but seriously, I’m over the moon, and Mars and Jupiter for you, Reyna. You’re going to be an amazing mom, and I can’t wait to spoil this little bundle of joy.”
Reyna grinned, “Thank you, Presa.”
“Oh my! I should have brought you the other half of this thigh!” Presa said, letting her take a bite of the duck.
“It’s okay, Presa.” She gently caressed her tummy. “I can’t wait to welcome my little one into the world.”
Presa couldn’t contain her excitement as she hugged her friend tightly even though her hands and lips were greasy, “I’m so happy for you, Reyna! This is going to be the best adventure ever, and I promise to be the best Auntie Presa to your little bundle of joy.”
Over the coming weeks, Presa eagerly supported Reyna throughout her pregnancy journey. They went to the marketplace together for adorable baby clothes and baby house decorations, and Presa even insisted on throwing Reyna a surprise ritual to celebrate the upcoming arrival.
On a sunny day, in the presence of Presa, Reyna gave birth, with tears of joy streaming down her cheeks. The labor had been intense, but as she held her newborn in her arms, all the pain faded away. Tiny fingers wrapped around hers, and she marveled at the perfect little being she had brought into the world.
“Look, Presa,” Reyna whispered, her voice filled with awe and love, “my little miracle.”
They were twins. A boy and a girl. And they named them Malcolm and Marga.
