Prologue Part 2- Kaine

Dear Diary ,

I feel at ease when it rains but when a girl is 11 years old we don't think of marriage. Or at least I don't think about such things . My mother says I have to pick a husband for future times. What exactly is future times?

I just want to live a normal life and just be a kid .

They made me wear a dress to these meetings.

How I was told life goes is you are born , you are to have an arranged marriage and should have a family.

Very simple no?

I don't know why the rush to do these things.

I think I am cursed to choose and maybe get fat with these meetings.

Two pictures and two boys who I will meet soon .

Both look charming . One is strawberry blonde and the other boy has a natural strand violet hair with blue hair. I know I have yet to meet them but I am excited. Here's me being positive about these things.

I do worry about the boys I have rejected.

I want to hear back from them but I don't get any letters back. What happened to the families I wonder?
