As they wandered the gallery, James reached for her hand. "Sophie, I’ve missed this. I’ve missed us."
Her heart raced as she met his gaze. "I’ve missed you too, James."

Their rekindled connection wasn’t without its challenges. Sophie’s best friend, Clara, voiced her concerns. "Are you sure about this? You were devastated when he left."
Sophie sighed. "I know. But people change. I’ve changed. Maybe this is our chance to get it right."
