Shams opened his eyes and felt warm light over his face. “Uh… For how long did I sleep?” He sat up, rubbing his eye. He found Malik sitting against a tree and poking a red flower in silence. Shams’s eyes widened, and he jumped in front of him. “How are your wounds? Are you still feeling pain somewhere?” Malik glanced at him then looked away. Shams felt his eyes watering. “Noooo!” He hugged Malik tightly. “PLEASE DON’T HATE ME! I’M SO SORRY!” Malik pouted slightly and ignored him again. “No. You only care about the experience points you will received after the quest. I didn’t think you were this type of persons, Shams. I’m honestly disappointed.” Shams lowered his head shamefully. “I’m sorry. Greed got the best of me… but… I’m only human. I commit mistakes. I’m not like you. I’m sorry.
