“Krrrgkh…… the recoil from the burst of mana that this sword releases have made all the muscles in my body to go completely numb… tch! I can’t even lift my finger!!!

This is what on Fionna’s mind as she falls to the ground while holding Victoria. A few seconds later, they have hit the ground.

Seeing how Fionna manage to repel and cut the red king’s attack. He grins, then shouted.

“Fuhahahahaha!!! I knew it! That sword is not of this world!! The power it possesses might rival our own!!

But too bad, its attribute is the complete opposite of mine. Making it my primary weapon would’ve been great… *giggle* but oh well, how about you blue king, your attribute is kind of similar to that sword… so, do you have any interest in it??”

The blue king looks at the sword for a moment before he answered the red king.

“That sword is indeed interesting and very capable. However, my weapon is close to a spear and not to a sword, so I will pass on that… you can destroy it as you see fit.”

“Hmph! Very well then… too bad its current owner can’t unleash its full potential…”

They both land and walk towards the location of Fionna and Victoria.

Seeing this, the black king then ignored sire gilbert and join them. The white king as well.

“Khe! Why don’t you let be have the final strike red king?? I would like to experience killing a god”

Of course, ⸢Mortem A Deo⸥ is only known to a few individuals that’s why it is called a forbidden spell, and the fact that the red king knows this spell is very strange.

“⸢Mortem A Deo⸥?? This is the first time I’ve ever heard of that… where did you get it??”

The white king asks.

“Fuhahahaha!! It’s the parting gift from our benefactor.”

“…I see, well as long as we can have our revenge, I couldn’t care less…”

By the time that they were only a few meters away from the two girls. They all gather all their magic energy in one spot. Their magic energy envelops the land and causes the grass and trees to withered. Aside from their very own magical energy, ⸢Mortem A Deo⸥ also absorbs the natural mana within the plants and trees. Thus, making them withered.

During this time, Luminous is still holding on and uses the last of her magic energy to erect a barrier with the hopes to block the attack. She also borrowed the natural mana to strengthen it.

The spell ⸢Mortem A Deo⸥ has been finally launch and Luminous’ barrier. And thanks to the help of the natural mana, the barrier is holding quite well.

“It’s not use to struggle Luminous!! Just accept your death!!!”

The four kings then increase the magic energy they release to enhance the force of the spell.

With this, the barrier begins to show large cracks.

-Luminous-sama please… at least save Fionna and yourself, I don’t mind if I perish here!!-

-[No! that is not the part of the pact, I am unable to grant your request]-

Having to strengthen her resolve, Luminous is about to use her remaining mana to relocate Fionna first.

[Wha…??!!! No!!!!!]

But things didn’t go as plan… the barrier has been destroyed too early and is about to hit them.

A large explosion has occurred. Producing a thick smoke that covered the area. After a while, the smoke became thinner and the four kings saw a large crater in front of them.

“Fu…fuhahahahaha!! Finally!! We have accomplished our vendetta!!! Luminous presence has completely vanished, I’m sure her soul has been completely obliterated by that attack”

“Tch!! Not even a trace left from the body of the princess as well as the queen… sigh! Such a waste, they both have stunning bodies, they would’ve kept me entertain for a while if they’ve agreed to serve me…”

The blue king said so.

After confirming their victory, the four kings then set their eyes towards the capital. As they walk forward, the red king lets out an evil laugh and once again, spread their presence all over the kingdom. Bringing back the dark clouds that gloom the sky.

“Where are you guys going?? looking so full of yourselves…”

The voice from behind them made the four kings stop from going further.

At the moment they all turn around. The ominous energy that they’ve spread all over the land has been overwritten by a far more superior energy. An energy that is neither ominous nor evil but an energy inflicts fear and sense of safety that varies to those who feels it. The clouds also vanish in an instant as if it is never there.

Witnessing that made the four kings put their guards up to the maximum for the first time. They didn’t even do this when they fought earlier, simply because there was no need to do so.

But now, they’ve been force to do so, as their instincts tells them that the individual in front of them right now, is indeed much more dangerous than Luminous herself.

Fionna finally woke up during that.

-Ah…… what happened?? …that’s right, I fainted after using all the power that this sword gave me to block the red king’s attack…

But, why am I still alive?? I was sure that they would’ve finish us right after I lost consciousness… huh?? Why am I floating…?-

She then looks around and saw that she is being carried by someone.

-Jet-black hair and that deep violet gaze… I see, it is you…

Eh?? ehhhhh????!!! Wha… how did he get here and why he is carrying me now???!!!

No,no,no, I need to keep my calm, this isn’t like me at all!!-

Hiding her embarrassment and blushing face. Fionna then pretends to woke up slowly and put on an innocent face.

“Oh! I see you’ve finally woke up *smile*”

Giving her such a bright smile, Fionna couldn’t keep her face from blushing.

“Hmm? What’s this?? You seem to be struggling from something… did the silver moon push you to your limits somehow??”

Fionna replied in a shy manner.

“Ah…. Um… no, I mean… yes, but that-“

“I see, I see, then I will put you down now and let you rest.

Besides… you’re quite heavy hehe…”

Hearing that made Fionna very angry but she can’t hit Fil because she still can’t move a finger.

“H-how rude of you…!”. She muttered.

“Hey Reg, let us bring the queen and Fionna here to MINFI and she can handle their treatment”

“Huh?? What was that Fionna?? Did you just say something??”

Fil didn’t seem to heard it because he asks Regulus to also put down the queen which he is carrying on his back. With a snap of his finger, they both went to the arena and puts down Fionna and Victoria alongside Jake which is still suffering from vesta’s curse.

Fill pass the phoenix tears to MINFI and asks to tend Fionna and the queen.

After that he leaves them and went back to the four kings who seem to not moving.

But before that, Luminous asks Fil.

[Y…young man, I am very thankful for saving us… but, can I ask for your i-identity??]

With a hesitating tone she asks.

Fil just smiles back at her and only answered her with,

 “You will find soon enough, goddess”.

Luminous’ divine presence has been depleted from her fight earlier. Therefore, she is now just look like the normal Victoria, but Fil however, manage to distinguish her identity. This makes her very curious.

-[Wh-who is this man?? He seems to be familiar with gods like me??]-

And so, Fil departed.

Appearing exactly few meters away in front of the four kings.

“O……oi! Red king, Vesta’s body is frozen stiff!! I can’t seem to move it”

The black king said.

“I-I know, it seems that all of us are experiencing such intense pressure from that man, our vessel’s body instinct is refusing to move…”

The red king replied.

“T-then what should we do?? That man is dangerous… and it seems that the white feline survives and is with him”

The white king is trying to step back while saying so.

“We got no choice… we must exert our full power in order to get out of his intense pressure… however, our vessel will not last long by doing that…”

While thinking on what they should do, Fil talk to them and did not use the opportunity to attack first.

“Now, now, you seem to be standing still there… don’t worry I won’t attack you like some weakling would do…

Let me use this opportunity to make you answer some of my questions first *grin*

So, how about it??? Are you four willing to answer me??”

Having no choice but to comply, they all agree.

The red king thought so.

Meanwhile, while ⸢White Hypnosis⸥ is in progress to numb the vessel’s instincts. Fil and the red king started their conversation.

-One of them seems to be doing something… well, I don’t mind it as long as I got my questions answered, they are going to perish right after that anyway-

“Hmph! Isn’t that obvious!! For revenge of course!!! That damn luminous massacred us and sealed us for thousands of years!!”

The red king is hesitating to answer…

“Th-that’s because Luminous became weaker over the years!! And the seal became brittle!! Upon realizing this, we broke the seal ourselves!!!”

-His lying HAHA! Well, well, well, it seems that another god or another higher being is involve in this… a balance breaker?? Non-non, that’s impossible, I would’ve felt it the moment we land here…

“I see… then, one last question… Why did you burn the whole forest of doom and slaughtered all the low tier beasts there???”

The black king answered Fil instead of the red king, and he answered him with an arrogant tone.

“Khe!! Because it’s fun!! What else??!! Being the plaything of the strong is the befitting job of the weak!! That’s why we did that!!! And also, the feeling of beating the hell out of that white feline is the best thing I’ve ever felt since I got this body hahahahahaha!!!!”

Hearing that remark made Regulus very furious. He then changes his form into the hybrid one and is preparing to attack. He is just waiting for to give to go sign.

“I see, then Reg!”

⸢White Hypnosis⸥ has already finish it’s job by the time the black king answered Fil. They only wait for the right time to unleash all their full power. And that was when the red king shouted.

“⸢Azure Strike⸥ plus ⸢Indigo’s Pierce⸥!!!”

Both the attacks directly hit Fil. A cloud of smoke surrounding him sue to the attack.

“We must not let our guard down; attack him none stop!!”

The red king commanded.

“⸢Crimson Judgement⸥X5!!!”

“⸢White Strike⸥X5!!!”

“⸢Indigo’s Pierce⸥X5!!!”

Reg and the black king also exchange spells at a super-fast rate.

“Khe!! You’re so stubborn white feline!! You should’ve stay down so you will not suffer the same fate all over again!! ⸢Dark Devourer⸥X5!!!!”

“Hmph!! It was four against one back then, and I have not full control over the power that Luminous-sama bestowed upon me, that’s why I was defeated!!

But this time… the outcome of this battle will be different!! ⸢Four Blast⸥ full throttle!!!”

Even though, the black king’s ultimate attack has been greatly enhanced, Reg’s attack manages to neutralize it.

“Khe!! I see that you’ve change now huh?? But that doesn’t mean that I will be defea-“

*Slaaaaaassssshhhh!!!*

*Booooogssssshhhhh!!!*

Reg’s speed is very unexpected, he manages to land a s***h with his claw; making the black king to be pinned in the ground.

“Irrrrrrhhhhggh!! Yo-you damn feline!!!!! You’re just Luminous pet!! How dare you wound me!!!”

[Hmph!!!! So what?? You are just were once too hehe…]

“D-damn you!!!! Don’t lump me with you!!!!”

And so, their fight continues. Giving each other as series of slashes, kicks, and spells.

Meanwhile, the three kings continue to bombard Fil’s location until a large crater is created from it.

“*Whistle* did you get him??? That’s a large crater”

“Heh…heeeh… Y.yeah, that must’ve do the trick…!!!!!”

The three kings turn around, and there they saw Fil smiling at them.

“Wha…??? How in the world???”

The white king can’t believe Fil manage to escape that.

But Fil is just standing there, analyzing their capabilities.

“Mm-hmm!! I see now… the one called white king is specialize in dirty tricks and not offensive once.

The red king on the other hand has the most fire power among all of you… mm-hmm while the blue king’s specialty is long and accurate attacks.

Hmmm…… you make a great team if I were to ask”

“Tch!!! You bastar-“

“⸢MASS: ISLAND⸥”

In that instant, the three kings receive a devastating attack that almost took their consciousness away. They all pierce the ground and made a crater no bigger than the ones they created.

It took almost a minute for them to stand up.

Upon standing up, they all vomited a lot of blood.

“Phew!!! Are guys alright??? Sorry, it seems that the force of those punches I threw was too much for your vessels”

The red king spitted while wiping the blood in his lips.

“Tch!!! Who is this mortal!! The strength of that attack even manages to hurt my soul within this vessel… it looks like all the organs in this body has been shattered…

Blue king! White king! Are still able to fight??!!”

“Tch!! You’re asking me that now?? All the organs in this body have been completely destroyed!! If it wasn’t for my ⸢White Hypnosis, I will not be able to move anymore”

“Same here, I got lucky to focus all my magic in the spot that he hits, so I avoided death, too bad it wasn’t strong enough”

Seeing how Fil manage to pinned down the three kings. The black king immediately assisted them and ditch Reg.

[Wh-where do you think you’re going???!!!]

“Khe!!! You just wait there till I destroyed you, I have some urgent things to do”

He then casted ⸢Black Fox⸥ on Fil and landed in front of the three kings.

“Khe!! You three are pathetic, even though it is just one mere mortal, you guys still can’t match up to him.”

“You’re one to talk, you were having a hard time dealing with the white feline there.”

The red king replied.

The black smoke from the ⸢Black Fox⸥ have become thinner.

[Sir Fir, are you alright???

!!! how dare you sneak on him black king!!]

“Khe!! It’s his fault for being careless!! I’m sure that he suffered a mortal damage from that hahahahaha!!!”

But he was mistaken. Fil is completely unscathed after the smoke diminish.

“Wha???? Impossible???”

[Sir Fil!!! Thank goodness you’re fine!!! *bow* I am sorry, I was careless and let him sneak on you, forgive me!]

“Ma, ma, it’s fine Reg. Besides, curses don’t work on me *grin*”

“Wh-what did you say??? Are you belittling me??!!!”

“No, I am just stating the fact… in my presence, all negative spells like curses are useless!!”

[Th-that’s right!! You were the one who lift that curse on me last time!]

“Wha??? So, the one responsible for that was you!!!”

Then the blue king spoke.

“Then it is safe to assume that the one Vesta saw inside the white lion was you right??”

Fil just grins on him.

“Hmph! Come on, there is no need to play innocent…”

Hearing that, Fil lets out a laugh.

“Playing innocent?? Like you’re one to talk… I think it’s time to reveal your true form, am I right blue king??”

Upon hearing what Fil just said. The three kings look bewildered and they all look at the blue king behind them. There, they saw the blue king’s giving out a wide evil smile (just like how the joker from DC smiles).

“Wha??? Blue king???”

The red king is confused, because the blue king never ever put an expression like that. He was always calm and hardly smiles. But the one that he is looking now is very different and it send chills down to his spine.

In that moment, an ominous feeling surround them and an enormous number of dark tentacles appears in the blue king’s body. The tentacles then attack and pierce the three king’s body. Their speed far surpasses the three king’s reflexes. Thus, they were unable to get away. The tentacles then absorb their mana and life force.

While doing it, the blue king lets out a loud evil laugh.

[Wha??? What is happening sir Fil??]

Fil grins at Reg.

“His coming… the true mastermind behind all of this…... will finally show his true form.”
