~Nothing is perfect, Life is messy~ Volume 1:- Finding my peace * Elena's pov. * "Your father said I should give you this letter" he said handing the letter to me. "I thought my father was dead. How then " I probed. It doesn't make much sense. "He gave me in heaven" he said I opened the golden envelope and brought out the piece of paper. I began to read.... Dear Elta. I took my time to write this letter in the language of thy people. Thou hast hoped for peace but now that thy place is unholy; thou must find peace. Dearest Elta, as I am writing this letter to you, I pray thou seek understanding and follow the Angel of salvation. For he would help you find peace and terminate the enemies. So thou must go..." I read the letter, although I did not finish reading because I didn't understand. "Is this in English" I asked "What your father is trying to say is that you should follow me. So that you'll be safe and when you've learnt the holy ways, you can get your revenge. Actually, your father said you'll need to get revenge by killing eighteen demons. These are the ones he trusted but they betrayed him" he narrated "Who is Elta" "That's what your parents named you. Until the earthlings changed it to Elena" he said "How did I even get to earth" I asked "You we're kept here to be safe from the enemies but only one person could locate you. YOUR MATE" * * * Trevor stood there looking at the way Lucifer grabbed the dagger he planned to use to kill Elena. The devil wanted to stab him. He wasn't going to kill him. If he wanted to, he would have done that long ago. You can't interfere with mates. They don't find killing each other easy at all. All this meant that Lucifer already knew they were mates. Only mates could track each other like that. Especially when the girl was not only a demon but also an Angel. But at least he found her location. Devil stabbed him in his arm. He felt he still deserved a little pain before he healed. Yeah he could heal. All demons could. Trevor didn't even wince. He just stared into the dark eyes of the devil as he was already used to his aura. Not long, he healed but there was still some blood on his shirt. He was dismissed so he decided to go and find Elena. To also sort things with her. He teleported to her room but didn't find her. Where did Elena go? Earlier..... "There is no way i'm going away. I can't kill" Elena said to Alexander. Why would her dad expect her to kill eighteen demons just for his selfish purposes. Who cares whether the demons betrayed him. "Watch your words girl" Alexander said. He had no charges against her father. Infact, both of them are the opposite of each other. How did they end up becoming friends? One thing is for sure; she was transforming to an angel faster than a demon. She can't stay on Earth forever. She needs to join the people of her kind. "I'll come with you" she said and the angel held her hands. She had never been held by a different kind before. Apart from Trevor who helped her up at that restaurant. Oh no! She wasn't going to speak of Trevor now. Better things had to be done. Alexander teleported to a place which seemed like heaven. Was it heaven? She wasn't sure. This was were she would start training and learn the holy ways. She could remember her father's letter and the language he used. * * * * * Trevor sat at the restaurant he met Elena. He was already used to the stares. Demons are quite good looking. Same as Angels I guess. He was going to find away to get to his mate. He couldn't track her because she was in a place he couldn't get to. She was in heaven. His mate wasn't here so he might as well satisfy himself with as many she-demons as he wanted. * * Elena's pov. * * "Hi I'm Mary" a girl about Elena's age said. "Hey" Elena said as she looked at her. She was dressed like a little maid. She wore a black long dress with some kind of cap on her hair. "You're the daughter of Zanta" she said. I looked confused. Maybe Zanta was really my father. I just said yes. She threw me a stick and she began to fight me with another one. I couldn't move as fast as she could. She put the stick near my feet which made me trip. "f**k" I exclaimed as I held my stomach. I was rolling on the floor, wincing in pain. "Watch your words" she said and pulled me up with ease. How ironical. I wasn't even gonna ask what was wrong with my words. She moved so fast. She pulled me into a room and what I saw was shocking.
