Chapter 4

Emily: I'll talk to her about it, look at the bright side, we get to go to school together [She smiles]

Me: You're right [Sighs]

[I stood up from her bed and out of her room]

Emily: Where are you going

Me: I wanna take a stroll

Emily: Can I come with you

Me: No, I just need space right now

Emily: Tell me if you need anything

Me: I will

[I walk outside, and a little far away from Emily's House]

[I stopped a little and just stood there like a statue in the middle of the walk way]

[And just randomly broke down]

[I try to control my tears, but they weren't willing to give up]

[I stood there for 5 minutes crying]

[After seconds later, I calmed myself down and checked if my eyes we're swollen]

[I walked back to Emily's house, It's funny how I still came out with shorts as short as an eraser]

[Few minutes, I enter the house through the back door that led to the kitchen and from there i walked upstairs to Emily's room]

Emily: You're back!

Me: Yeah

[She swiftly gets up from her bed]

Emily: So what are you gonna do about your clothes

Me: I'm not sure

Emily: You could borrow mine in the mean time and maybe if you have job you could get some for yourself

Me: Sounds okay, thank you

Emily: No problem

[She randomly hugs me again]

[I was very uncomfortable, but I didn't want to make her sad or uncomfortable as well so I just hugged her back]

Emily: I'm gonna go talk to my mom, see you in a bit

Me: Alright

[She is so cheerful and kind, it's really a good thing to have friend]

[I thought to myself a bit "I must go back and pack a few of my stuff..at least"]

[Because it's a whole another expense to buy clothing and other stuff]

[I sat on her bed and layed down thinking]

[How was I gonna face him at school, what would he do]

[A swift image of what had happened to me crossed my mind]

[I get up]

Me: What the heck

[I slap my cheeks " I don't wanna think of itt"]

"I reject that thought in the Name of Jesus"

[I said]

[I can't call my mom, I can't do much anymore, cause my phone isn't with me]

[What if he took it]

[What do I do]

[Few seconds later I was interrupted by Emily's Entrance]

Emily: My mom confirmed you could stay till you get another place to stay

Me: Ohh that's great

Emily: Are you okay

Me: Yeah

[She looks at my face]

Me: Um... Thank you again

Emily: No problem

[The rest of day we chatted and chatted, hours later, we had dinner and we all went to bed at different times, She slept first, her mom slept second and I slept and hour later]

[The Following Morning...]

[We all woke up at different times in the morning, I woke up 50 minutes later and hurriedly got ready, We both skipped breakfast and walked to school on an empty stomach]

[You may or may not be wondering what I wore to school, but like I said, since all my clothes were still in my house including my uniform, I had to wear a hoodie and Jeans to school]

[By the way "School="College"]

[We got to school 2 minutes earlier]

[And we went our separate ways to our class]
