I was feeling depressed, I try as much as possible to hide it from Linda so she won't get what she wanted. There is more to her but I have not figured it out. She claims to be Kiara's friend but she knew I was planning this and kept quiet. I saw her eavesdrop on our conversations before, I gave her a warning that if she spill it out she is going to be a dead rat. Maybe that works of maybe she is just as dangerous as I am.

"I need to rest now, thanks for the visit." I mumbled.

"Okay, let me leave you to rest, I will check on you tomorrow. I wish you a fast recovery." She said with a smirk and I feel like bouncing on her.

She is actually a but to get on my nerve.

I watched her till she exits the room and lock the tub.

"What did she mean by Jendal is not Richard's family." I pondered. But I can't let that goat word gets to me.

I was about to fall asleep when I heard a footstep coming in my direction. I thought it will be someone that is coming to say hi to me again, but I saw my dad standing in akimbo.

"Dad," I muttered surprisingly. He could come to see me at last after all the excuses.

"Am sorry pumpkin, your min explained everything to me, it is my fault for not being around all this while to give you fatherly love," he said now sitting beside me playing with my long hair that was roughly on the bed.

"Am sorry dad, am sorry I disappoint you, Dad," I said as tears rolled down my cheek.

"Don't worry about anything okay darling." He said and I nodded in affirmative.

"I will change your school no matter what it takes, I will make sure you have the best life in your new school." He said and I remember the kiss with Richard, I don't care about what Linda told me, I really wanna taste those lips again and roll on his chest, I want to be with him, I did not care about anything or anyone will do. I am ready to face it at least I can't lose my newly found friendship, Kiara.

"No dad, I want to go to my school, using wanna change my school. I am used to the environment, teachers, and students there, I may not be able to get along well with the new school." I said but I notice my dad was staring deeply into my eyes as if he was able to read my mind.

"Don't tell me you are seeing anyone now, it was written all over you, you are in love, my dear. What is his name? When will you invite him for a dinner? Is he as handsome as your dad?" My dad kept on asking different questions and I was stunned with the way he display showing his muscle and planning his face.

"Dad!" I pawn

"Yes dear, your boyfriend must be a handsome guy just lie to your dad, that what I use to lure you, mum."

"That wrong." I heard a familiar voice and I trace the voice.

"Mum! When did you get here? How did you enter?" I was stunned?

"Now, so who is the lovey-dovey you are seeing now." My mum said with a scornful face. That my mum, she hate finding out things like this, even though we aren't that close, she has asked me time without number who was my boyfriend, she would say.

"My daughter is so pretty, who is the lucky guy that won her heart?" Her question use to annoy me because all the handsome guys were not coming in my way, they prefer Kiara to me.

"Mum, I never....... I did.......I am not sure.....e....ing .anyone." I let out.

"Don't fight it, baby, it shows on your face. I can't wait to finally meet the God damned guy that stole my girl's heart." He said.

"Dad is fine now, I need to go to school tomorrow, can you pls settle the bills and let me go home," I said to distract them. But I notice a change in their face.

"Am sorry, I have a meeting to attend tomorrow but I promise you the maid will take good care of you and make sure you lack nothing." He said. They are traveling again. They don't care about me, all they care about is business. Well, I will have time to go out with my new friend. It will be fun.

"Tell her to prepare my uniform I am going to school tomorrow," I said smiling at them to lite them up.

My dad left the room to clear the bill, I knew my mum will not stop about the relationship issue even if I had successfully changed the topic the other time.

"So what is his name? And when did you start seeing each other." She asked.

"Today, his name is Richard the guy I kidnap his sister to move closer to him, and he came to see me today, he let me understand how he felt for me. And we.. ......" I stopped immediately I remember I was actually talking to my mum, not my friend. I can't just slip that out of my mouth, I won't have forgiven myself.

"You guys what. .?" She asked staring at me. My dad opens the door flaunting the bill and as us to pack.

"I will drop you at home before we go." He said smiling tremendously.

"I love you, dad." I quickly said bashing away from my mum.

We packed everything belonging to me including the gift I have got. The nurse came to help me remove the capsular set on my has to go receive drip.

I was so glad am finally going home after a month of being hospitalized. I can't wait to see my new friend. I thought of calling Richard to let him know. What if he is actually seeing Jendal? I fhought I didn't want go and mingle with another girl love life again. What if Linda is wrong? I said pondering
