"Well what did you find?" I ask Scott when he doesn't continue.
"I'm not sure how important it is, but my gut is telling me it can help us. We found this, almost manifesto, type of book. It was under a floorboard in one of the rooms we checked. It seemed like a teenagers' room so he may not have realized he needed to take everything there, even if he had hidden it."
"Jesus Scott, what does it say?" I snap, my patience wearing thin.
"Well you already know they left the Red River Pack, apparently they didn't agree with the new Alpha just letting Rose get away. The Beta in particular thought it made the new pack look weak. He wanted the Alpha to go on a man hunt for her and drag her back, the Alpha refused and it seems like the Beta began to bide his time until he could leave.
