Elijah knew why Damien was there at his pack. It must be because of Victoria.
Although he was aware of the Infernal Shadows Pack’s warriors’ formidable strength, he remained confident that Damien’s pack would one day eventually be destroyed.
If it was by his hand and his pack, then it was for the best. Victoria would know who she should stay with. But for now, he couldn’t let Damien discover Victoria first. That was Damien’s goal in coming to his pack, right? Elijah thought. He wouldn’t let it happen, then.
“Take Victoria to the underground chamber and lock her up,” he ordered Evelyn before heading to the pack’s main gate with his Beta, Hendrix.
As Hendrix had told him, Damien had arrived, but he was at least alone.
