The next morning, Brodie woke with the sun streaming in through the bedroom window, they had not closed the shutters the previous night when they got back after completing their nights work. Brodie opened his eyes slowly, savouring his memory of Malik as they had made love slowly and tenderly, falling asleep afterwards in each other’s arms.
