Eugene's mom birthday...!

Eugene and Athena arrived in front of Mara's apartment and literally were bickering over balloons. Then Eugene realized that that apartment was the same he mentioned on Christmas Eve.

"It's about 12am, shall we go? We have to cut the cake with our friends," Eugene says and Athena nods.

Then they both enter the apartment and about to go upstairs when a guard stops them.

"Woah! Woah! What are you thinking, where are you going, kids?" Guard coldly says.

"Oh! We are here to meet Mara" Eugene says.

"Why? And for your information no one is allowed to visit her after 9pm, ``the guard says with a stern face.

"But today is happy with you Eve and we are her friends," Eugene says.

"What do you mean by happy to you??" Guard confusingly asks.

"Oh! Happy birthday to you! We brought cake for her. We are her friends and came here to celebrate her birthday" Athena says.

"But I have been working here for 10 years and in this period no one came to meet her," the guard says.

"Yes. You said no friends came to celebrate her birthday that's why we came to wish her a birthday. You don't want her to have some friends" Athena says.

"I don't mind but… it's her order and I have to follow them, it's part of my job" guard says.

"Orders can change! Have some…!!" Eugene says while showing off 20 dollars to the guard as an act of bribing him.

"No they are not…!" Athena says while hitting Eugene "It's so expensive to change this order" Athena added.

"Shut up, Boo!" Eugene whispers and then Eugene takes another 20 dollars to bribe him.

"40 dollars! Take it and let us go" Eugene says while smiling.

"No I'm not. What do you want? I lost my 10 year job just for your 40 dollars or bribe?" Guard says while Athena whispers "You will courier this cake, right?" Athena says while Eugene hits her.

"That's not gonna happen. Leave right now" guard added.

"Ok! Let's go! Eugene, you can give her cake tomorrow, okay?" Athena says and takes Eugene out of the apartment.

"Soon this apartment is mine and you will salute me in respect" Eugene over confidently shouts at guard.

Outside the apartment, "What the hell he was thinking of me, a thief, a mudere or a criminal?" Eugene says in frustration.

"Let it go! You can give her a cake tomorrow" Athena says.

"Nope! I'll give her the cake right now. You told me to apologize now. I have another way to reach Mara" Eugene says while smirking.

"Nope! Your second idea is horrible and dangerous as f@ck" Athena denies with wide eyes.

"There is a thing we call trust. Try to trust me sweetie" Eugene says while pinching Athena's cheeks.

"No. I'm not. I don't want to go" Athena fearly says.

"No we are going Boo, come!" Eugene says while dragging Athena inside the apartment.

Athena kept saying "NO. I DON'T WANT…!" but Eugene didn't listen to her.

Then they both enter the apartment while hiding from the guard who is busy on the phone. They secretly go upstairs without getting caught by guard. They successfully passed 2 floors. After arriving at the 14th floor, Eugene stops. He can't do it anymore.

"What? Why are you standing here?" Athena asks.

"I'm tired. We literally passed the 14th floor and I feel like dying" Eugene says while breathing heavily.

"Stop this nonsense! 2 more to go and it's 10 minutes left at 12am so speed up dude or else we will miss your friend Mara's birthday eve!" Athena nagging at Eugene.

And then they successfully reached Mara's floor. But that was the same time when the guard sent Mr.Penelope at the elevator and he caught both of them red handed.

"Stop! Stop both of you" guard shouts and Eugene and Athena try to walk fast.

"I said stop or I will call the police" the guard says and they stop.

Guard drags both of them downstairs.

"You guys tricked me, huh? Now go and never come back" guard scolds them.

"Huh rude ass!!" Athena says while pouting and leaves the apartment while Eugene follows her.

"Bad Luck! It's not our day" Athena says.

"Fine! If not us then you will go with freedom" Eugene says while releasing a pink balloon on which he drew a smiley face in air and they both leave to Eugene's house.

That balloon stops at Mara's room window and at the same time Mara comes to her room and she sees that balloon and smiles. She goes near that balloon and holds that pink balloon in her embrace.

"Thank You! Thank you so much…! For making me smile" Mara says while smiling widely.

Tears of overwhelming falling from her eyes while hugging a pink balloon and she kept saying thanks to the balloon and she sleeps with puffy eyes and red nose. Her mom Izabella comes to her room and slides her fingers lovingly in Mara's hair.

"Sorry! Because of him you suffered that much. But he is your dad…!" Izabella says and stops when something hits her mind "No he isn't I'll talk to him for you" Izabella says and leaves from Mara's room.

On the other side, Eugene and Athena arrived outside Eugene's house with disappointed faces. Athena rings the doorbell and Darny opens the door but she is shocked and surprised to see Athena and Eugene with cake and flowers.

"You both remember my birthday," Darny says with excitement.

Eugene and Athena look at each other while Darny hugs Athena.

"Yes…! Eugene and Athena talk together.

"Happy birthday aunt!" Athena says while giving her balloons and cake meanwhile he makes Eugene give Darny a flower bouquet.

"Let's cut the cake. Come I'll open the box" Darny says which makes Eugene and Athena panic.

"No…!" They both shouts.

"Why??" Darny asks.

"The… the thing is…! Look at yourself you wore a night dress. And mom and dad are on their way to join us. Go and change into a beautiful birthday girl dress and I will set the cake" Athena handled the situation wisely.

"Okay. I'll come quickly" Darny says and leaves then they both sigh a breath of relief.

Then Eugene drags Athena to Lucas and his shared bedroom.

"I have to do something with this cake" Athena says to herself while Lucas and Eugene chill on the couch.

"Lucas, you know that telling a lie is art. Telling the truth to someone is easy and simple. But to tell a lie uses so much brain cells. And this was a piece of cake for some peoples" Eugene says while taunting Athena.

"Come look at the cake!" Athena says while smiling.

Lucas and Eugene go towards Athena and get shocked.

"The hell! You are so cunning Ath…!" Lucas says while wide eyes and open mouth.

"Happy birthday Mama!! You literally replace R with M. Ahh! How evil you are, Boo! Jesus Christ!!" Eugene dramatically says.

"Because of your Mara I forgot Aunt's birthday for the first time. Will you tell a lie or not?" Athena says.

"Nope! I will not" Eugene says with stubbornness.

"Fine!" Athena says while grabbing Eugene's arm and twisting it.

"Ahhh! Boo!!" Eugene says in pain.

"You told a lie every time carelessly and now I told you to tell a lie for some good reason and suddenly you think telling a lie is bad, huh? It's your mom's fu#king birthday dude. Will you tell Aunt Darny that you bought her cake or not and you remember her birthday?" Athena dominantly says.

Then Eugene twists back his arm and throws Athena on his bed and hovers over her.

"First she is Lucas's mom not mine. Second feeling never lies and the third truth is always on top" Eugene says and presses his elbow on Athena's hand. Meanwhile Lucas enjoys the show and gets shy after seeing Eugene hover over Athena.

"Ahh! Want to break my bones?? Remove your elbow Dumbass!!" Athena hisses in pain and Eugene enjoys it.

Suddenly a sound "ATH…!" comes towards the door which makes the trio flinch.

Eugene gets up from Athena and she also gets up.

"Dad!!" Athena says while looking towards the voice owner who is staring at them coldly.

"You both are still fighting like 5 year old kids, grow up both of you. There is a little bit of a difference between your fights, in the past Athena beat you easily" Nora says while Lucas, Athena and Becky smiles. But she was cut off by Eugene "And now I beat her easily because truth never hides."

Nora, Mr.Walton and Becky came to Eugene's house.

"Which truth are you all talking about?" Darny asks from nowhere and everyone freezes at the moment.

"That today is our mom's birthday, right?" Lucas says and Eugene, Athena nods.

"Darny! You look too good and I came in a night suit. Why don't you tell us earlier?" Nora whines.

"Mom! It's not your birthday it's Darny aunt's birthday, right?" Athena says and Nora nods.

They enjoyed the whole night celebrating Darny's birthday and Eugene throws a birthday party for Mara in the office without telling her and it haunts Mara…!!
