A project

Mara with a white chic dress comes to her office while flipping her hair which she curled and tied in half. Everyone stands up from their chairs to greet her and she with a poker face goes towards the statue of Jesus and prays, it's her normal routine.

"I know some people disturbed you yesterday. And they will get their punishment who disturbed you" Mara thinks and then glares at her assistant Molly.

She understands that Mara wants her to come into her office. Mara sits on the couch of her office and makes coffee for herself.

"Yes ma'am. You have a meeting with "TONY" whose company's project we handle" Molly informs Mara about her schedule.

"Where is Eugene??" Mara asks.

"He isn't coming yet" Molly answers.

"Call Danny and Luca in my office" Mara ignores Molly and orders her coldly.

After some time Danny and Luca come to Mara's office.

"Yes ma'am" they ask at the same time.

Mara gets up in anger and coldly says while sipping her coffee "In between you both who believes in God??"

Luca raised his hand and Mara side eyed him.

"What happened?? Today, why does God come in her conversation with nowhere??" Danny asks while whispering to Molly.

"She was talking about herself. She is God herself in this office" Molly whispers back.

"You know the thing we people didn't know will always be known by God, right??" Mara says.

"But still we humans don't believe someone is continuously watching our actions. And we have two choices first to believe in God and others to believe in those who didn't believe in God. And it's upon you who you will choose??" Mara says while turning towards Danny and Luca and placing an alcohol bottle on her table and leaves.

Danny and Luca choked in their saliva and eyes widened to see the alcohol bottle.

"How would she know??" Luca asks.

"Eugene hasn't come yet. Now we will be doomed" Danny says while ruffling his hairs in frustration.

In the meeting room Tony already arrived with his managers and workers in the meeting. While Eugene has just arrived at his office parking and running towards the office.

"Shall we start our meeting?" Tom says.

Mara looks at the door and says "Yes! Light off, Molly."

"Yes, we want to shoot foreign kids' designs in the mixture of Islands and beaches," Mara says.

"No. No it's too wet on the beach we can't" Tony says.

"May I come in" Eugene asks and everyone looks at the figure coming towards Mara.

"May I?" Eugene says while looking at Mara.

Tony handshakes with Eugene and starts rubbing his hands and Eugene understands Tony likes man so he takes a chance.

Then he starts telling his idea for projects but Tony didn't take any interest. Then Eugene starts touching and massaging Tony while giving his presentation and Tony feels so good. Mara carefully looks at what Eugene is doing. And finally he accepts Eugene's proposal.

"I like you," Tony says in pleasure.

"Huh??" Eugene asks while narrowed his eyes.

"I meant I like your work" Tony says and then he turns towards Mara "You got a deal. Well, make sure that you're this talented employee who will join our project" Tony says while pointing at Eugene.

Then he leaves while smiling towards Eugene and his managers and workers also follow him.

Then Eugene looks at Mara and says "I did this because we want this deal."

Mara ignores him and leaves the meeting room.

"What the hell. Today I will make sure she says ``Thank you to me" Eugene says and chases Mara while Danny and Luca stop him.

"Eugene… Eu…!!" They shouts but he already leaves.

"He will be fired today. He didn't know Mara knows about our yesterday party" Luca says while they both shake their heads in disbelief.

Eugene goes towards Mara but she already sits in the car and drives away without bothering to look at Eugene.

"Fine, how long will you run from me??" Eugene says in anger.

He comes back to his office and calls Athena and tells him about everything.

"Wow!! So she was happy with your work, right??" Athena asks in excitement.

"Huh?? That monster and happiness, it's out of syllabus. She always wore that poker face and didn't know what she wanted to become happy. Literally she sucks all the employees ' blood. Okay, I'll hang up. Have a lot of work to do, Bye Boo!!" Eugene says while Athena just smiles at Eugene's cuteness.

Athena was actually talking to Eugene in her office bathroom so that her boss didn't see her talking to Eugene. As soon as the call ends Mandas knocks the door and Athena gets up in panic and acts as she is washing hands. And then come outside.

"Great!! How long does it take for you to do your important work, huh??" Mandas asks sarcastically.

Athena just nods in everything Mandas says and then leaves.

"Where are you leaving? Come with me" Mandas says.

"Where sir??" Athena asks.

"To meet Mara Penelope, the kids fashion owner" Mandas says and leaves.

"What the fu@k…!!! Mara Penelope, that monster" Athena says and gulps.

Athena calls Eugene who is taking pictures of random people in streets with his pro. deluxe camera. Eugene picks up the call and starts talking through his airpods.

"Yes Boo!!" Eugene asks.

"You know what happened today" Athena screams.

"Ahhh!! Want to explode my eardrums?? Why are you shouting?" Eugene asks while removing his airpods.

"Ohh! Sorry! Sorry! The thing is… today that Mangas wants to take me to meet Mara Penelope" Athena says in one breath.

"Mandas not Mangas!!" Eugene says. "Well! It's probably your last call. I really really miss you alot Boo!!" He added.

"Why are you talking as it's my last day in the world?" Athena asks.

"Maybe because you are about to meet the evil monster Mara Penelope," Eugene says.

"She is super strict, right?" Athena asks.

"Yes Boo!! She is. If you say right she has a problem if you say wrong she has a problem if you breathe she has a problem. In short, she has a problem with a problem" Eugene says while capturing pics.

"But when I will not do anything wrong then why does she scold me?" Athena says.

"Hahaha! Good way to relax yourself" Eugene laughs.

"Boo you remember my nightmare about ghosts Mara. Now that dream will come to you today's night" Eugene says.

"Ahh!! No. What will I do now, Dumbass?" Athena asks.

"There is one thing you should do," Eugene says.

"What??" Athena asks as her life depends on this.

"Call your mom dad last time" Eugene says while smiling.

"Why??" Athena confusingly asks.

"Because whether tomorrow comes, or not, who knows. You will be alive or not" Eugene scared Athena.

Then Athena biting her nails in nervousness and then she sees a church and smiles.

"I know what to do," Athena says and hangs up the call.

"Boo!! What the hell. Everyone goes crazy today" Eugene says and continues his work.

Athena enters the church and lights the candles then she bent down to pray.

"God you know you did 99% of my work. But can you please help me with this ghost matter? You know today ghosts and spirits are everywhere, please save me God!!" Athena prays.

Then in the evening, Mara arrives at the five star hotel where she held her meeting with Mandas. She enters and then stops when she feels the presence of her father. Her eyes are teary and lips are shaking because of fear. Then she slowly lifts her head and sees Mr.Penelope, her father, in front of her talking with the receptionist. She feels dizzy and then she holds the guard's hand.

"Will you walk me inside?" Mara asks.

"Yes," he replies.

Then after checking Mara holds guards hand and secretly looks at her father and squeezes guard's hand in fear. She continuously tightens her grip on the guard's arm and the guard looks at her in confusion. Then when she sees Mr.Penelope her father leaves already so she goes back to normal and leaves the guard's hand and gives him a tip for helping her. The guard is very old and he smiles.

"Who takes money from children, are you okay dear??" Guard says while returning her money.

Mara wears her egoistic and poker face and harshly says "Ma'am. It's ma'am for you" Mara says while glaring at him and leaves.

Then she arrives at their booked table where Mandas, Athena and her finance lawyer 'ADDISON' are sitting.

Athena seems super nervous while Mandas and Addidon were talking to each other. Then Mara comes and Addison says "Mara ma'am."

Everyone gets up and Athena looks at her with fear.

Mara sits in front of Athena while looking at her.

"She is my assistant," Mandas says.

"What about our case, Mr. Mandas?" Mara asks.

"Mara. The thing is everything is under control and you will have 35% share in this project" Mandas says.

"But the whole company is ours," Addison says.

"We will sit together with them and give them like 1 to 2 Crore. We have to compromise…!!" Mandas says and cuts off Addison "No. Why do we compromise?? That's why we call you here" Addidon says.

Athena who is continuously looking at papers screams "I have a solution."

"What??" Mandas asks.

Athena looks at Mara and says "No. Nothing."

"Huh?? Today's generation understands that everything is just as simple as games" Mandas says while Mara interrupts him "What's the solution??" Mara says while looking at Athena.

Her stares are intimidating for Athena, she takes a deep breath and says her solution and a sentence that haunts Mara.

"You forgot your childhood but it seems like your childhood never forgot you" Athena says and Mara gets up in anger.

"Sorry, ma'am. Forgive her" Mandas says while walking towards Mara.

"From now on I will only deal with Athena" Mara says and leaves.

"Okay!! Okay!!" Mandas says and then praises Athena.
