Mara's Fear

Eugene opens the lift and finds Mara in the worst condition. She keeps saying the door is closed while hitting her back head against the wall of the elevator.

She is shaking in fear and crying. She was unconsciously sitting in the elevator.

"Mara!! Which door is closed? Listen! Forget everything and try to follow your heart and give me your hand I'll save you" Eugene says comforting words.

Then Mara stops hitting her head and side eyeing towards Eugene and having flashes of her mother who kept saving her from that dark room in her childhood and was saying.

"Mara!! Stop crying. See! Momma came to save you. Give me your hand, Mara!"

And little Mara moved her hand towards her mother and she saved her just like she with teary eyes and a smile moved her hand towards Eugene. Who successfully takes her out from the elevator and helps her to get up. Then Mara as soon as get up hugged Eugene tightly and sobbing hard on his chest while clenching his shirt tightly. Eugene was shocked to see Mara's action but let her do what she wanted. Then he starts patting Mara's head to calm her down.

Meanwhile, light comes back and Mara, after seeing lights, pushes Eugene and starts fixing herself.

"Mara!! That elevator…!!" Eugene says but Mara leaves him there dumbfounded while fixing her hair and clothes.

"What??" Eugene is still in shock and then goes to his house as well.

On the other hand, Athena and Olivia come from shopping and they both are bickering over dresses like a child.

"Try this one," Olivia says.

"No I like the blue one" Athena says and they keep bickering for a couple of minutes.

"Ath!! I told you to wear that dress" Olivia says in a quiet serious tone.

"No but It's your wedding, not mine. I'll not" Athena keeps denying.

Then Olivia takes out her wedding dress.

"Look, it's so pretty. Wear it! Because I don't know when you will get married if you both act like that so wear it now" Olivia ordered.

"But it's quite heavy for me. I can't wear these heavy dresses" Athena denies.

"Go!!" Olivia shouts.

Athena pouts and goes to the changing room with the dress.

After sometime she comes out of the changing room and is shy. Olivia once looked at Athena and froze at her spot. She is mesmerized by Athena's beauty.

"Oh My God! Ath! You look pretty fine" Olivia says.

Athena blushing and feeling shy.

"Wedding dress is incomplete without a veil. Let me…!!" Olivia says while picking the veil.

She makes Athena sit in front of the mirror and then helps her to wear a veil in her head.

"Divine!! God save you from evil eyes' ' Olivia says while praising Athena's beauty.

"Now shall I change??" Athena asks more like begging.

"What?? God never gives anyone a friend like you. Shut your mouth and sit here and let me see you" Olivia says.

"It's enough na…!!" Athena says while pouting.

"Shh!!" Olivia shuts her up.

Then Olivia wears her earrings and other accessories and does little makeup. Athena looking at the mirror while blushing.

"Ethereal!!" Olivia says while Athena blushes at Olivia's compliment.

"Wait for me! I'll be back" Olivia says and leaves the room.

While Athena looks at herself in the mirror and becomes shy at the thought of being married to Eugene.

Then she gets up when her dramatic mother comes with her dad and shouts "Ath…!!"

Athena gets up and goes toward her parents.

"Now only this thing is left for us to endure. Why dear why??" Nora says.

"Nora what happened??" Athena asks her mom.

"You…! How could you hide something important from me?? She used to tell me everything from her childhood like she was sick, her hair fall problem, her love life problems, her periods date and her acne, everything. But now she hides this from us" Nora dramatically says.

"Wha…t??" Athena confusingly says.

"You are going to be married without telling us, huh?" Nora says while fake crying.

"What?? You are getting married, huh??" Olivia shouts from nowhere.

Athena hits Olivia and says "Nora! What is this?? Dad came to tell her. I never do such a thing. Please!!" Athena whining.

Then her father comes close to Athena "Ath…!!! You look pretty very pretty" he says and cupping Athena's face.

He is getting emotional and hugs Athena while tears come from his eyes and Athena also gets emotional.

"You look divine, honey," Mr.Walton says.

"You dramatic people…!!" Athena says with teary eyes. "I'll go and change," she says and leaves while Olivia follows her.

Then Nora comes near Mr.Walton and says "What happened, bun??"

"Our Ath grew fast" Mr.Walton says.

"Yes. I know you want her to get married but you get emotional when you see her in a wedding dress. What happens when she gets married in real, huh??" Nora asks.

"I couldn't hold my tears. She looks pretty, right?" Mr.Walton says.

"Yes…!! She is" Nora says while pulling her husband in a sweet hug.

At night Eugene, Lucas and Athena as their usual routine gathered on their rooftop. They come to the rooftop everyday to spend their time with each other. Their friendship bond is very strong and they shared every single thing with each other. And named rooftop 'E.A.L POINT' means Eugene, Athena and Lucas point. Eugene tells everything that happened in the elevator.

Athena sarcastically claps "Wow!! You locked a girl in the elevator and the one who has serious phobia like Claustrophobia and Nyctophobia" Athena says.

"Who starts first, huh?? Who made me drink alcohol? Who locked me in the bathroom for 6 hours? Tell me Lucas" Eugene says.

"Lucas. Who drank alcohol in the office first?" Athena asks while Eugene makes an annoying face.

"Bro did!!" Lucas answers.

"Who stole tickets first??" Athena again sarcastically asks.

"Bro did!" Lucas answers.

"Mara is trying to discipline you and you know what?" Athena says.

"What??" Eugene annoyingly asks.

"Come close to me. It's a secret I want to tell you in your ear" Athena says and Eugene comes close to Athena.

"You know what everyone knows except you, that…!" Athena says.

"That…!" Eugene asks.

"Come more close" Athena says and Eugene follows.

"That…!! Mara Penelope is your boss…!!!!!!" Athena shouts in Eugene's ear.

"Ah! Boo. Want to deaf me??" Eugene irritatingly says.

"Who locked their boss in the elevator? You are impossible" Athena says.

"I feel guilty. And how would I know that she has phobias, Boo? I just wanted to irritate her like she did to me. In the office she is always jumping here and there" Eugene says.

"Who behaves with a girl like this?" Athena says.

"A girl…?? Like seriously" Eugene denies the fact.

"Hey! Hey!! Bro don't say bad words about my hottie…!! I'm not allowing you" Lucas says.

"Not allowed, seriously Lucas" Eugene says and rolls his eyes and turns his face towards Athena "You wanted to say anything else, huh??" He asks.

"You know what your problem is?" Athena says.

"What is my problem??" Eugene asks while rolling his eyes.

"Your problem is you don't know how to treat girls! You have no idea" Athena says.

"Ohh!! Really?" Eugene asks in disbelief.

"Girls are very precious. Girls want love and respect. Girls want someone who loves them like who they are? And not judge them on the basis of beauty. They want someone who treats them like they are very precious in this world. Sometimes they say and sometimes you say. Sometimes you become their strength, sometimes they become your strength" Athena explains.

Eugene and Lucas come close to her and Eugene says "Boo!! You're not like this earlier than what happened to you?"

"Nevermind. Everyone changed. My life, my rules, right??" Eugene added.

"My life my rule" Athena says in an irritating voice to tease Eugene while hitting him on his forehead.

"But think bro! Athena and I, I and Athena lost our lives to the same one girl" Lucas teasingly says.

"Wha……t??" Athena says in a high pitched voice.

"Oh My God! That's why she never sees Mara's monter self. Seems like love is in the air" Eugene teasingly says.

"Eugene…!!!" Athena shouts while hitting both Lucas and Eugene.

"Ha ha ha…!" Athena sarcastically laughs and says "Laugh! Laugh! What happens when Mara knows who locked her in an elevator? Then this laughter will help you to reduce your pain!!" Athena says while raising her eyebrow in teasing Eugene.

"And who will tell her?? Lucas, you tell her, huh??" Eugene confidently says while looking at Lucas.

"Nope. I'll zip my mouth" Lucas says while pointing his fingers as he zips her lips.

"You Mandas' puppet, huh??" Eugene asks, looking at Athena.

"Who am I??" Athena asks.

"Who??" Eugene also asks.

"Mara's precious one. How will I hide these things for my special one??" Athena sassily says.

"You…! You are my friend…!!" Eugene cutely says as a child.

"No way. What were you saying, me and Mara…?? Yes, we have a special connection. We are lovers then how will I hide these conversations from my one and only lover??" Athena says while fake pouting.

"And In fact in between love and friendship, people always choose love, right??" Athena says while cutely holding Eugene's chin.

"If… If you will tell her the truth and behave then I have no problem. Dumbass!! You tell the truth on your own or I will help…!!" Athena sassily says.

"Because of you the mechanic of her office will fire from his job, that's what you are guilty for, huh??" Athena says.

"Fine…! I'll do… only for you…" Eugene says and Athena blushes.

"No… not for you but for your love Mara…" Eugene teases Athena.

Lucas and Eugene high fives and laughs at Athena.

Athena holds a water bottle "Eugene…!!" Athena calls Eugene with love who's back is towards Athena.

"Yes…!!" Eugene says and turns towards Athena.

Then Athena presses a water bottle and water splashes on Eugene's face.

"Boo!!" Eugene says while chasing Athena who runs away after making Eugene wet.

And they played around…!!!

At Mara's house, she is lying down on her couch in the hall and she is completely lost in her thoughts, how Eugene saved her and without realizing she begins to feel something in her heart for Eugene.
