Krystal's POV I arrived at the office forty-five minutes before my shift was supposed to start because I didn't sleep at all after the night before, and as I walked toward my desk, I saw my phone sitting right in the center of my keyboard. I picked it up with a shaky hand and tried to turn it on, but when the screen finally flickered to life, my heart dropped into my stomach because the photo of Lysander was gone and the entire device had been wiped back to its factory settings.
