ALLISON'S POV
I was beyond shocked when I saw Alpha Alex standing in my room.
What was he doing here?
"Close the door" he commanded.
I closed the door quietly, but my hands betrayed me, trembling as if they couldn’t hold steady anymore. I leaned against the door for a moment, hoping to catch my breath, but my heart was beating widely in my chest.
It was deafening. Would he hear it? Could he tell how nervous I was?
Alpha Alex stood in the center of my room. Every inch of him was commanding, intimidating, and breathtaking. His sweet scent filled my nose and I instantly felt overwhelmed but in a good way. His piercing eyes fixed on me the moment I stepped in, and I couldn’t look away.
