ALLISON'S POV The moment I slammed my bedroom door shut, I pressed my back against it. My chest heaved up and down like I’d just run a marathon. My body still burned from the encounter. Every nerve of mine was on edge and my skin tingled in ways I had never felt before. Why did they have to look at me like that? Why did their touch, their presence, leave me feeling like I was unraveling from the inside out? The way they touched me... the way they made me feel. It was something I'd never experienced.
