WENDY’S POV After making the final change to my hair, I decided it wasn’t enough. My eyes had always been a dead giveaway—bright blue. They were too bright and obvious. They were too recognizable, too memorable. If I wanted to truly disappear, to keep myself safe, they needed to go. Or at least appear to.
