About the Author

Eris Min Grun is a non-binary writer who has been writing fan fiction since the day they learned what it was. They range from dark and sad stories to steamy romances. There is nothing they love more than snuggling up with Fast and Furious after a long day, preferably with some K-pop in the background. and their best friend Lorissa, who they have known since they were 12. They were born and raised in Beaverton, Oregon, to parents who were very surprised when they opened their notebook. Unbothered, they sharpened their writing skills with help from the English teachers at their high school, Mountainside High. They speak Spanish, and dream of visiting Mexico in the near future.

Why you should read this book

I wrote this when I was 14 for a writing contest. It's probably a little cliche, but I hope you fall in love with Shawn and Monica, as I did. Lorissa chose the names because she's incredible. I hope she can sit through this at some point, I hope I make her proud.
