Lena paused as she passed by Daniel, turning to face him.
"You've asked everything you wanted to, haven't you? Can we go back now?"
Daniel shook his head, looking down at the photograph in his hand. "We still need to verify if this photo is a fabrication."
In a world where so much could be falsified, caution was never amiss.
Adele immediately looked up, her gaze filled with concern rather than fear.
"Don't worry. I won't take the photo away. I'll return it to you once it's verified."
Daniel noticed her attachment to the photo, deciding then to stay put while waiting for the verification results. He also wanted to take the opportunity to see where Lena had grown up.
