Chapter 1

Chapter 1 Mia (Eliana) It has been a week since I strangely entered the world of the ‘alpha’s wrong mate.’ At first I thought that I must have fallen ill due to the intense work that I do on a daily basis and believed that after some time, I would wake up. However, the was never the case. I have learnt to accept my current reality and use what I know to give Eliana the life that’s he deserves. Well now, it’s the life that I deserve. I have mapped out everything that I remember from the story and ways to keep myself haooy hit most of all, alive. I have also made a conscious effort to stay clear from all of the main characters. From the story, Eliana’s life was boring and uneventful but it was safe and that is what I am after. There are also something’s the crazy author didn’t mention in the story. Eliana actually had a friend…..Mary. Mary was a chubby shirt girl with red curls and beautiful blue eyes. She was in the same social level as Eliana but they were very good friends. The author may have been crazy but I have to say that she didn’t give this place much justice in in the book. It is utterly beautiful and luxurious. The only down side is that it is run solely on social class which is exhausting. Just because I and Mary are from poor backgrounds, we always get the short end of the stick. Last but not the least, I have come to find out something very very important. Eliana is insanely beautiful. I don’t know why she was labelled as not good looking in the book. Her… well my long silver hair was shiny and went down in waves around me. My grey eyes complimented my pale freckled face too. In the book Elina. always had her hair in a tight bun and her thick rimmed glasses hid away her features and she also wore baggy clothes as if to hide her away. But not anymore Eliana. You deserve to take up space and as long as I am in this body, there would be no more hiding. As a corporate slave, this is also a refreshing moment for me and I found myself deeply hoping that I never have to wake up from this dream. I have altered my school uniform and today, I am letting my hair down. I have also ditched my glasses for some contacts. She actually had them stashed somewhere in her dormitory room. I made a conscious effort to search everywhere to find anything thag could help me live more easily as Eliana. Facing the mirror, my heart thumped hard against the walls of my chest as I try to summon the courage. “Mia - No Eliana” “You always have to remember that you’re Eliana.” “Rule number 1: Mind your business and enjoy school life.” “Rule number 2: Stay away from the main characters.” “Rule number 3: Be yourself.” With that, my i carried my school bag and headed out the door. According to the book and Eliana’s schedule, my classroom was room 324. I made my way into the main hallway trying to catch Mary before I got lost. “Oh my gosh, i’m so sorry.” I shriek bumping into someone. “Hey, can’t you watch where you’re- ohhhh” His friend started from beside him strung down at me. He was staring at me with wide eyes unable to form a single sentence. Hmm? What was his problem? Gosh these boys were hugeeeee and handsome heehee. Miaaaaaa The rulesssss “I’m so sorry, I was distracted.” I say looking down and preparing to my on my way but it seemed like the quiet school life that I had planned so carefully was going to be for naught. The huge guy that I had bumped into was staring at me like he had seen a ghost. “Well, I’m sorry a again.” I say catching sight of Mary but before I could move, the huge guy took my bag pack from my shoulders and snatched my class schedule from my hands. “Name?” Huh? Who was this utterly rude fool? Tsk No doubt that he was from some rich family. He may be handsome but lacks proper social etiquette. “Are you new to Prudence?” He urges again, steering me away from Mary’s direction. Tsk. “None of your business.” I curly respond and take my bag away from him at lightning speed while skipping towards Mary. Mary in the other hand was staring at me like I had somehow grown two heads as I made my way over. “Hey, I was looking for you. We are in the same class right?” I ask chirply, finally happy tk see a friendly face and not ones of handsome rude individuals. “Y-yeah we are.” She says as we began to make our way to class. I could not help but notice the side looks that Mary was throwing my way. “Mary. what is it?” “N-nothing you just look different Eliana and you’re acting different too.” Shit. I totally forgot about Mary finding Eliana’s new behavior strange but this is for the best. “Yeah, I just decided to try something new. Do I look okay?” “You’re beautiful Eliana.” She said with a smile but I could not shake the feeling that was something was wrong. The meoment we made into class, there was a girl that got my attention almost immediately. She had shiny golden hair and green eyes. There was an aura around her that made it impossible for people not to notice her. She was surrounded by other students. No doubt that she was one of the popular kids. Psssshhh Probably another ride child just like those boys. Wait…. My eyes immediately dart to the number of classroom. Room 324 This crazy author….. Why did I ever read your book in the first place?? Was it so hard for you to mention that I was in the same classroom as Serena?! One of the main characters that made Eliana’s life a miserable hell? The one who would become Clyde’s mate once she dies?! Shit Rule number 2 is already looking like a bust.
