I knew I was in trouble when I saw Coach Normandy Bain leaning against the driver’s side door of my Avalanche. He was smoking a cigar, manhandling the d**k-like thing with his plump lips and bulldog face. There was nothing kind about the glare in his eyes, which told me that I was in for an interesting chat with him.
