It's well past nightfall, nearly 2:00 in the morning and I still can't sleep. Lilac. I still don't know where she is, but as long as she's not here, at least she's safe. Many of the beast’s friends haven't slept in days. I can't tell why though. They just don't ever seem to be tired. My eyes drift to the beast's tent and I imagine myself driving my claws through his neck while he sleeps. If only. We move at dawn, which is only a few hours away.
