Tarkyn spotted the other child who had been in the tree with Sparrow. The young boy was peeking out from behind his father, Rustling Leaves, watching the prince. Tarkyn swung Sparrow back down and crouched next to her. “Are you going to introduce me to your friend?” he asked her, nodding at the boy. “This is Breaking Twigs. We are both ten years old and this was our first hunt,” said Sparrow proudly. “Come on. Come and say hello,” she urged the boy.
