Bond By A Curse

SUDDEN VISIT

Lavender,Sarina and Colin left for their work. Before going, Colin gave Everette(Amon) his number so that if there is anything he could call him.

Amon was now alone in his room, he didn't had anything to do. For the time being he was able to be in his actual form.

"Sigh~ the shower in this room is so small for me" he said as he rubbed his horns.

Today again he got hit on his horns, the head of the shower was kept too low because of which he got hit on his weakest spot.

He leaned on the sofa rubbing his horn,he slowly closed his eyes. The room was totally filled with silence, it felt quiet relaxing. If you think about it, even though this room cannot even compare to his bathroom in the royal palace. But still its more peaceful here, it is better here.. no pressure of being a general, no pressure of solving problems, no father to scold you for your every silly mistake,no harsh training,no reputation of the royal family.

But he still might need some time to adjust with this small room, and also with the people around him.

"Looks like my little brother is deep in thoughts" a female voice echoed in the room.

Amon smiled as he slowly opened his eyes and looked straight at Venesa.

"Surprise visit?" He asked.

Venesa glared at him, she didn't look angry but a bit disappointed.

"He told you something?" Amon asked again.

"What do you think?" She asked back.

Amon smiled "I knew it, he won't be able to lie to you" he was not at all surprised, as Lander already told him that he won't be able to lie to Venesa.

"That's what I expected from you, but here we are. My little brother acting as a human, and living among humans to avenge his pitiful past" Venesa said scoffing.

Amon got up from the sofa and stared at her "I didn't want to hide it from you, I already knew that you will be able to find out about me.

The thing is .. this is something I really want to do. So if I told you then you would have tried to stop me, and would have definitely said no.. because I-"

"Amon, you know .. that if father came to know about this then the punishment will be severe" Venesa said,this time a bit worried. Going to human places is not considered as a good thing. Even though among the teens it is considered cool to break the rules because of which they go around and create obstacles for angels and other humans.

But if the son of the general does this,then the seriousness of this matter will be different.

"After more than 15- 20 years I was able to find her. Have you seen her?! She still looks so beautiful,so happy.. I am damn sure that she doesn't even remember me!! Should I just leave her and let her live peacefully?! After what she has done to me?!" Amon yelled.

It really hurt him to see Lavender so happy, without him. She totally forgot him, and it looked like he was the only one who kept their memories alive.

Venesa sighed and glared at him, nervousness filled in her eyes.

"So? What will you do now? Kill her? Or maybe scrap her face with a sword? What are you planning to do?" Venesa asked.

Amon was fuming in anger but calmed down a bit when he heard this. He himself didn't know what he wanted to do with her. What should he do to make her feel the same feeling of betrayal like him? He was still not sure.

Venesa saw the hesitation in his eyes, she knew what was going on in his mind.

"Brother, come back before it's too late"

Amon looked at her gloomily "have I ever done anything wrong to anyone? This is the first time I want to do something for myself, can't I get a chance?" He asked in a deep low voice. It was his original voice, which held a mysterious tone to it.

He sat back on the sofa feeling distressed.

Venesa walked to him slowly and sat next to him.

"Brother, I just don't want you to get in trouble." She looked at her brother who was looking down at the floor,not saying anything.

Defeated by him,she surrender.

"Okay, you will get 1 month. If you think that you will be able to do something then you can stay here for a while but if there is nothing then you should come back and never think about her again" she suggested him.

There was a slight change in Amon's face, he smiled at her and hugged her.

"You are the best sister ever!!"

Venesa chuckled, and ruffled his hair.

"I hope you understand things a bit better" she said and stood up.

"If that's the case then I would like to go back" she said preparing to leave.

Amon nodded his head and with that she vanished into thin air.

Amon sighed in relief, now that he had his sister on his side she will take care of the things in his place. But now he had to think about a way to t*****e Lavender, what should he do?

"Yes sir, sure. I will bring you sprinkle water, please wait for a second" Lavender said to the guest.

'Gosh! This is so tiring, should I just mix sleeping tonic in the water and give to the guests? So that they won't demand anything.... Man, am I an angel?'

Suddenly someone bumped into him.

"Oww!" He exclaimed, he then looked up at the person. It was a girl, who looked really mature and beautiful.

That girl stared at Lavender for a while

'so this is Luv? Looks beautiful and innocent to me'

Lavender bowed down to apologise "I am sorry mam, I hope you are not hurt"

Venesa shook her head "be careful dear"

Lavender nodded her head "have a nice day mam" saying that he left from there.

Venesa smiled as she thought to herself

'I am scared my brother, scared that in this game of revenge you may fall in love' she then left from there back to her palace.

Like everyday during lunch,Sarina and Lavender met together.

This time they had Colin as well, they were from the same batch and they had same break time.

"This is the only time I like... Break time"

Lavender said as he munched on the food happily.

These days he is forgetting his role as a woman, Sarina hit her lightly on her arms.

"You are so shameless sometimes, you act like a guy" she said laughing.

Lavender choked on the food as he heard this.

"Here take some water" Colin said offering him some water "Sarina she is still young and energetic. Its fine to behave mannerless sometimes" he said winking at Lavender.

Sarina sighed "here comes the protector of souls" she mocked him.

"Here comes the... Cute princess" Colin said propping his chin on his left hand, and with a smile on his face.

Sarina blushed as she tried to hide her face "so childish"

Lavender laughed at her as she was feeling totally opposite to this. Her heart was beating fast just like a horse.

They didn't have much time to joke around and had to get back to work.

Lavender was busy talking with the receptionist when someone called him.

"Luv"

Lavender turned around, it was Everette. He was happy to see him, as he gave him a smile.

"Hey, why are you here?~" He asked.

Everette had a faint smile on his face,today he looked a bit different. It felt more pleasant to look at him today.

"Actually I think I forgot my watch here, I came to get back my watch" he said.

The receptionist who heard this smiled at him "oh~ if that's the case then it must have been kept in the lost and found room sir. Luv can you please help Mr. Everette to find it" she said.

Lavender nodded his head happily "ya sure" he then took Everette towards the room.

"You must be feeling bored alone at home, did you go somewhere today?"

"Not really, I will start going out by tomorrow"

'Woah~ even I want to roam freely like him' Lavender thought to himself.

Amon who heard this wanted to scoff at him 'freely?! Only if you knew my life.. it was because of you I used to feel a bit happy at that time. Wait.. I shouldn't be thinking all these'

They reached the room "wait here" he then looked for the watch he said.

'wow there are so many things here, are these all lost and found?! If i steal something from here, would they come to know? Like aren't we staffs? We should be able to take these things, it would save a lot of money if we do that'

Amon wanted to laugh at Lavender, what is this stupid angel even thinking?

Lavender kept on searching and after a few minutes he found what he was searching for. He turned around to inform him "got i-"

But for his surprise he was already standing behind him. He was really very close to him, so close that if a third party was to see this then they might feel like they were kissing or something.

Lavender looked into Amon's eyes, it was really dark black in colour, very beautiful. Amon didn't budge from his place allowing Lavender to stare into his eyes.

They stood there like that for a while, it seemed like they were lost in each other's eyes for a second but suddenly Lavender frowned a little when he felt something was strange.

'I have seen those eyes somewhere..'

Amon quickly blinked his eyes breaking their connection. He then backed up a bit "sorry, I just wanted to help you"

Lavender soon got back to the reality, he then smiled "Oh~ it's ok" he said politely.

He then handed him the watch "here it is, are you going home now?" He asked to ease the awkwardness.

Amon nodded his head "ya, are you also going back home?"

"No, I will have to wait till my shift gets over"

"Okay then I will leave first" Amon said. They walked back together till the lobby "bye~" Lavender bid him farewell.

'I swear, his eyes looked like he was hiding something in it. Have I seen him before?'

Even after pondering for a long time he was not able to match anything.

"Forget it! I should get back to my donkey life"

'If I can't give you a physical scar, then at least can give you an emotional one'

Amon thought as he smirked to himself.
