GOING WITH THE FLOW

It was again a weekend, another week off. And as decided they all went for an outing in the nearby place.

"The beautiful lake is the best part of this place, I am sure you both haven't visited this place yet" said Colin to Lavender and Amon as they were walking towards the big garden.

Yesterday when Colin asked him for the outing he wanted to say 'no'.

Because now there was no use in following that angel, but he then changed his mind. Maybe he can take this as an vacation, and enjoy for a while. And it will also help him to adjust to the truth, because of which he was feeling a bit depressed.

He was still very upset about the fact that, this p*****t angel was not a girl.. was not what he was thinking. So to face the reality and to get used to it, he decided to go with flow.

And that's how he ended up with them. Lavender was really very excited to explore the new places of the city. But on the other hand Amon behaved a bit different today, it looked like he was staring at Lavender but whenever ever he turned around to look at him, Amon would turn his gaze.

"Wow~ after so long... I am able to visit this place" Sarina said as she inhaled deeply.

Lavender chuckled at her behaviour, Colin also did the same as he said

"And after so long we are going for a group picnic"

Amon didn't say anything as he just stared at them in disdain. 'So long? Huh.. This is probably the first time I am going on something called picnic. You guys are not at all treasuring your freedom'

"Hey, are you feeling uncomfortable with us? You don't seem to be happy?" Lavender turned around to ask him.

Amon got out of his thoughts and looked at Lavender.

Today he wore a pink flare top and a white flare skirt. He tied his hair into a half pony and wore a shoulder bag with an embroidery on it. He looked extremely beautiful today, so beautiful that Amon really wanted to kill him.

Amon tried to smile as he looked at them "uh.. no, it's just that the weather is too hot" he said. It was definitely a lie, as he is used to the harsh training under fire ball. These small little UV rays are nothing in front of that.

The others agreed to him "ya, I agree with you. Uh... angels please bless us with a snow fall" Sarina pleaded looking at the sky.

Both Amon and Lavender turned around in surprise. Amon just wanted to see how Luv or whatever his real name is would react to this. Lavender stared at her 'what now? You want us to start a weather forecast as well?'

Amon wanted to laugh at him, but if he does that people will start thinking that he is a mad man.

"What happened?" Colin asked Amon.

Amon shook his head slowly "no, nothing"

They quickly went inside the park and found a place where they could set up their things. They choose a spot under the tree, which looked very cool and nice. They placed the cloth on the ground and kept their picnic basket on that.

"I swear we should go on outings like this sometimes, this is so awesome" Sarina smiled happily. Lavender nodded his head "yup, this is so nice"

Amon looked at their smiling faces and felt a little happy. In his place there was nothing called picnic for the men of the royal families. Women may go for little outings for their gossips and all, but men on the other hand never appreciated those things.

It was the first time he went in a group to enjoy a picnic instead of a sword fighting match. 'They look really happy' he thought to himself.

"Hey, Amon what is your blogger ID? We didn't got the time to ask you this" Sarina asked as she smiled at him.

"That's right! Even I forgot about this thing" Lavender continued.

Amon was baffled for a second, what is he supposed to say now? He doesn't have any idea about this thing, he roughly knew about this. As he already did a research on this, but he doesn't have any ID or anything.

"Oh ya, you are a blogger right?" Colin too was asking for it now.

How is he supposed to answer this?

He was pondering around for an answer when suddenly a ball came towards them and hit Colin on his head.

"OWww!!" Colin exclaimed as he held his head. "What the hell was that?!" He asked as he looked around.

The others started laughing loudly, they held their bellies as they tried their best to control their laughter.

Amon was blank for a moment to witness such scene, but was glad to see that it helped to distract them. He then noticed that there was a ball next to him.

He picked it up and showed it to Colin.

"It was this Ball" he said calmly.

Colin looked at the ball, rubbing his head. He touched the ball "is this made out of stone or something?" He asked doubtfully, it looked like he was really in pain.

Sarina stopped laughing and went towards him to check his head. "Don't worry, let me check if there is something" she ruffled his hair here and there and assured him that there was nothing wrong with his head.

"Who ever this person is, he/she has a bright future in the field of football" Lavender said making everyone laugh again.

Even though Amon didn't laugh out loud like them he still had a faint smile on his face.

'He is so cute' he heard Sarina who was looking at Colin with a smile on her face. He got a gust that Lavender was here to help them get together.

'I again made a fool out of my self' it was Colin. Amon now understood the reason behind it.

That's when a little boy somewhere around 7 came running towards them. "Hello pretty sisters, have you seen my football somewhere? He asked with a smile as he looked at Lavender and Sarina.

They smiled back at him "yes, it's with that brother" Sarina said.

He turned to look around at Amon and his expression changed a bit. It looked like he had an arrogant expression on his face.

"Uncle, can you give me back my ball?" The kid asked Amon with a cool face.

"Uncle?" Amon was taken aback as he heard him. Lavender chuckled a bit loudly "I swear this picnic is giving me a great laughter" Amon glared at him

'What are you laughing about? If you weren't acting as a girl he would have called you the same'

Amon was a bit embarrassed, but didn't react much. He was about to give him the ball but the kid stopped him "wait... Uncle I will go there and then you throw it at me" he said.

Looking at this Colin turned towards the kid with a smile "hey, you should be careful while playing. You could hurt somebody, I just got hit on the head" he said rubbing his head playfully so that the boy won't feel bad.

But it was the quiet opposite to what he thought "who told you to get in the way of my football?" He asked rudely.

Even though Colin didn't say anything, it can still be seen that he felt bad about this behaviour "well, I guess today isn't our day" he said to Amon.

The kid again urged Amon "uncle throw it!" He yelled standing at a distance.

Amon was starting to get irritated as he again heard the term uncle. He was definitely so young, how can he call him uncle? He then raised the ball in the air and threw it with a great force.

Because of which the ball flew directly towards the fountain. The kid ran behind the ball that was still in the air, and because of that he didn't see the ground.

The end result was.. the kid fell inside the fountain along with the ball. The water wasn't deep at all because of which nothing dangerous happened to him but he still cried though.

Even though they felt bad for the kid, they still couldn't hold their laughter.

They stifled it just limiting it to giggling.

"Kids now a days.." Amon sighed. In his dark world nobody dared to disrespect him.

They continued with their picnic, they played small games,had food, and took some photos.

"Hey, let's go to the lake" Lavender suggested.

Everyone agreed with her and they moved there things to the lake side. There they continued with their entertainment and games.

"And then he really jumped into the gutter" Colin said and they all laughed at his joke. They all were laughing crazily but Amon on the other hand still maintained his debonair as he was just smiling.

Lavender who noticed this was mesmerized by his looks. He kept on staring at him as he thought to himself.

'He looks really handsome and cute when he smiles. I swear I would pay him dollars just to see him smile like this'

Amon was stunned when he heard him,or more like he felt a bit... Shy.

'What is this guy doing? How can he praise another guy like this?'

And now that he was in his human skin, the blush on his cheeks could be seen by Lavender. Even though he didn't show any obvious reaction but Lavender was very quick to notice such things.

Lavender smiled as she saw the light shade of pink covering his cheeks.

'Why is he blushing? Did he see something.. naughty?'

Amon was feeling more embarrassed to hear this, now even his heart was beating fast.

Lavender was bewildered 'his heart beat is increasing... Why? Oh looks like he has fallen for someone' he thought to himself as he looked around them.

Amon stopped breathing when he heard him. He shot up from his place startling others.

"What happened?" Colin asked when he saw him looking uncomfortable.

Amon was sweating a bit, he looked at them a bit apologetically and said

"I.. am going to washroom" and then quickly left from there.

The others chuckled when they saw that Amon was walking hastily.

"Urgent call of nature" Sarina commented.

But the real reason he left from there was not the nature's call. It was because he was feeling confused. It looked like it will take him some time to adjust with the truth that this angel is not the girl he loved in his childhood but still when he looks at him, he can't stop his feelings.

"I will never fall for a guy... My heart was beating because... He was being shameless and was commenting on me" Amon mumbled to himself wiping his sweat.

So... Amon still has feelings for Lavender. Obviously he cannot change his feelings suddenly, right?
