BARAZ PROLOGUE Three hefty men struggled and finally managed to drag the struggling boy out of the shack-of-a-barnhouse the few chickens around appeared as the only subtle factors in the whole happening “You better stay right boy or I’mma smack your teeth out without knowing it” one of the men threatened the boy who writhed and shouted doing all possible not to be dragged away to their vehicle “It's just your life kid” another intoned as he punched the boy’s head inevitably knocking him out, they bundled the teenager and threw him at the back of the vehicle “That’s that we’ve gotten number 200…now 800 more..." CHAPTER ONE The lady diligently jotted while silently taking into account the overall appearance of her case study, the men had told her how much of a struggle this one had put up… and she had been intrigued,she analysed him from his ruffled dirty blonde hair, to his wide and daring eyes of pupils tinted uniquely yellow ochre, his elegant nose perhaps added just a tad of grandeur to his currently frowning face…he was skinny, much too skinny to be feeding properly and his tawny skin was clothed by clothes no better than a brown shirt and trousers of rags. "My name is Stod...and I was a peaceful chicken rearer living my own silent, empty life until a while ago..." the lad said the lady smiled feigning oblivion to the bitterness in his voice “Do you know why you’re here Stod?” she asked sweetly he grinned, a pained glare steady “Because folks like me ain’t no better than dogs…and as meat equivalent we’re indefinitely used to sacrilege the luckier brand fed as meals to the only threat to ACTUAL HUMANS “ he chuckled bitterly “Humans, I did mention I was no better than a dog right?” She gazed steadily…her crystal- like pupils melancholy to his pronouncements “you’re absolutely correct Stod” she stated simply as she locked eyes with him “but here’s what I’ll tell you…” she paused as she suddenly retrieved a dagger and threw it to him…he just nearly missed it as the blade even slightly tore through his palm “A dog like you… “ she smirked “…can survive…” he smiled as well as he rushed forward to attack her, she easily evaded as she twisted his arm whilst snatching the blade their contact was quite close “…A day” she finally ended the enjambment as she pushed him away he lay scrambled on the floor as he glared at her “Take him away” she intoned gently to the standby guard who watched everything subtly, he nodded and bowed as he dragged Stod up…
