CHAPTER 37The store's front door opened and maniacal laughter rolled out. Abby looked up, hoping it was Jasper showing up. The reunion was tomorrow, and so far today he hadn't been over, he didn't answer his phone or respond to any tweets. But it wasn't Jasper at all coming in, it was her sister, Bec. As the doorbell laughed, Bec gave a little jump and pressed her hand to her chest. Abby stifled a laugh of her own. Bec looked perfect, of course. She always had the right clothes and jewelry, her blond hair always professionally done. It had more curls than the last time Abby had seen her. It looked good, it softened Bec's face.
