Every thought of what I did to Thea at Club Red yesterday runs through my head and I feel guilty because it almost feels like I took advantage of her.
I hadn't expected to see her at Club Red, surrounded by everyone that I know making passes at her and wanting her. Not because I don't know that she's attractive as hell - I know she is - but because I didn't expect her to be there.
I don't have a lot of time to think about it as my mother stands in the doorway, staring at me. “Are you going to let me in? This is very rude.”
“I shouldn't.” She's toxic as hell, and I know that nothing good will come of this visit.
