This just keeps getting weirder and weirder. Today is like Alice in Wonderland, only my version of the story includes vampires and insane HR chicks. Prudence stalks into the meeting room. I’d tell her to step aside, but she holds some kind of strange dagger. As Prudence moves forward, I step back. “You should have left,” says Prudence. “There’s no reason for me to make you strip. I wanted you to run.” Raising the dagger higher, she angles the weapon at my heart. “I could still run.” I take a side-step. She matches the movement. “Or not.” “I wanted to kill you later, not now. If you’d been just a little bit patient, I could have used my new gifts.” I think back to my last hallucination. In it, I saw Prudence begging some lady in a lab coat for an enhancement. Maybe my crazy is aligning
