Fantansia Anna Adams sighed all over again as sleep eluded her yet another night,sighing she sat erect on her bed as she thought out loud .

How do I do this ,what am I suppose to do how do i face my friend ,how did I develop dis illness over night ,I can never seem to catch my breath execpt this gurgling breath I make every time that is so damn noisy and disgusting to hear ......................oooh I need your help to stop this o lord she cried . My world as I know it is falling apart how my suppose to live my daily life like this.Fan as fondly called by parent and friend tried to think hard to how it all started.
