KIRA’S POV *** A wide smile stretched across my face as my feet giddily danced down the stairs. What was love without happiness? “Why are you smiling so much, babe?” Dylan asked, an equally broad smile resting on his face. “I’m sorry, I just—” I giggled, my hands rushing up to hide the blush creeping across my cheeks. “I can’t believe you’re actually here.” “I told you I'd be here, didn't I?” “I know, but it’s unbelievable! How did you manage to convince him to let me leave the mansion for this date?” I asked. “You know how paranoid he’s been since the accident.
