And a week later, I’m still thinking about how amazing it would be to jump Aiden. The twins are due back in school the next day and forcing them to write their apology notes should’ve been enough to squash my libido for good, but the moment Aiden walks in the door, my entire body pricks to attention.
He leans one hip against the counter, watching as Brody and I argue it out (again) about whether he’s going to take a bath. “Brody,” I say, trying to keep my voice even and my brain on our argument and not on the fact that Brody’s uncle is five feet away and looking like a Ralph Lauren model. “You could plant potatoes under your fingernails.
