Arcania was divided into thirty Zones. It was supposed to be thirty-five but the other five were inhabitable since it's either the land was still festered with radiation, couldn't cultivate crops, or was used to rebuild Nuclear plants again. They used to have state names but the government took all those names for the reason that Arcania is one land that unifies its people.
Each Zone was divided again into ten Areas. One to five areas are for residential use, areas six to eight are for recreation, and then nine to ten are for businesses and the place where all people go to work.
