EIGHT Like lemmings scrambling to get the best view of the sea from the cliff tops. The Garforth twins, Isaac and Saul, grinned at each other across the width of the classroom, devilment in their eyes. Even though they had long been separated, no longer sitting together as being too disruptive in class, they still worked together on that intuitive level of perception that twins often have, sometimes changing places and claiming to be the other.
